Twice I called Petals to order flowers to be delivered and both times it was difficult just placing the orders. I can't understand why it is do difficult to take orders in a professional way. Immediately when I was told by the woman why I was being so difficult I told her I would be ordering elsewhere.
I was in a jam with my girlfriend and an arrangement for Petals Inc made things all better again....almost. Beautiful work. Thanks!
Working near by I have called them on a few occasions (Valentine"s day, Anniversary). I have never been let down as they always have what I want and great pricing. Will use them again in the future.

I called Petals for a first-time order of a dozen and a half red roses for my girlfriend. I had it delivered to her job and she couldn t have been happier with her surprise arrangement. It was delivered early enough in the day that she was able to enjoy it between classes. As someone who has florists in the family, I m definitely impressed with Petals and will be ordering from them again.
HAD PETALS FLORIST IN PEABODY DO MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING. OUTSIDE OF A FEW MINOR MISTAKES THAT PETALS RECTIFIED QUICKLY. THE FLOWERS WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND CINDY AND HER STAFF WENT OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF FLORIST VENDOR TO MAKE MY DAUGHTERS DAY VERY MEMORABLE THE GUEST COULD NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT THE TALL ELABORATE CENTERPIECES ON THE TABLES AND ALL THE LITTLE EXTRAS CINDY AND HER STAFF DID TO MAKE THINGS IN THE HALL LOOK PICTURE PERFECT. THEY KEPT ASKING WHO MY FLORIST WAS. SHE EVEN DECORATED AROUND THE BAR WITH BEAUTIFUL BUD VASES AND AROUND THE ICE LUGE WITH FLOWER, AND PUT PETALS ON THE GENERATION TABLE, GIFT TABLE. IT LOOKED GORGEOUS. SHE DID MORE THAN I COULD OF ASKED FOR. A BIG THANK YOU TO CINDY AND HER WONDERFUL STAFF FOR ALL THEIR HARD WORK..... SHE ALSO DID MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING SHOWER AND I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH OF HOW BEAUTIFUL THE FLOWERS AND EVERY THING SHE DID WAS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, CINDY IS VERY THOROUGH.
