Two stars seems to be quite fair due to the problems that the Hotel presents. FIRST: During our stay, which started on day 1, the pool had no heating. And as it is indoor it has become unbearable to use it. And one of the main reasons we chose the Hotel was the pool. SECOND: The dirt in the room is absurd. The air vents are filled with dust. The chandeliers in the room have spider webs. The parapet of the window has feces of pigeons (they are old). There is mold below the closet. Very musty. One of the shelves is supported by a wooden stump. THIRD: Breakfast is not worthy of a hotel of this size. Everything is missing. Missing breads, lacking variety of juices, replenishment does not work. The hall has cracks filled with dust. Not to mention that some items seem to be leftovers from other meals. ROOM: The maintenance of the hotel in general is not good. The TV control's On / Off button does not work. The problem was reported but no one did anything. Anyway, if you are not picky, okay. If you know any other Eyelash, forget it. He does not look like any of them. We will never come back. There is no way a hotel 5, nor 4, nor 3 stars!
