Very cozy place, excellent service and unbeatable location in the nerve center of Buenos Aires.

The bar very good and excellent attention. The pool area is nice but bad attention, they did not want to give us robes because it was only for those who had a spa day (?). We were staying there and the spa was what we were trying to enjoy. It was also a bit dirty, we saw more than one cockroach.

After my first bad experience with my partner, the hotel manager contacted us immediately.
We had the opportunity to stay at the hotel again and I must emphasize that everything was perfect. Clearly that day we went was an exceptional situation, because we had no problems. The spa was great, the welcome from the staff, the incredible breakfast. Now if I can say that I would return!

1st experience: I am staying at the hotel, 15 minutes to check in because the system did not work, I went to the pool and there were no towels, they indicated that they would replenish in 20 minutes, after that time I returned and they brought so few that they were not enough, wait another 20 min and same situation. The third time I went back to the room all wet. A disaster

Fourth time I come to the spa, I came because it was excellent. It was especially clean, quiet and with good attention. It changed for bad, quite dirty, the spa receptionist does not give you a ball, leaves the robes and does not even comment on the services or that you have infusions. Two little boys running and shouting around the pool and their father shouting more of them trying to silence them. A mess, dirty walls, filthy whirlpool water. I really regret it because it was a place I liked to come or invite family / friends.

Good place to spend a few nights in Buenos Aires, excellent location, good service, points to improve, breakfast buffet, daily is the same, they have to make changes and offer more variety of foods, it becomes very boring, learn from breakfast Buffet hotels in Mexico, you will be surprised at how wide and varied the buffet breakfast in Mexico is!

I stayed twice in a room with hydromassage and view on July 9. I paid for one with these conditions and wanted to give me an equal, but without a balcony. I had to claim it and they gave it to me. Saving that situation the rest was fine. The view is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The windows have polarized glass, so it doesn't look inside. It has cable, digital DirecTV (not HD). Breakfast is good: it has yogurt / coffee / milk breads, jams, fruits, etc. In my second stay they had placed an electric kettle in the room. The building is a bit old, it is not noticeable in the rooms, but in the dining room for example.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, the attention always friendly. Highly recommended.

With the fear of the unknown, I bought a Groupon for two nights.
Something to note is that you can end weeks and holidays, which 99% of these coupons do not allow.
Buffet breakfast served from 7 to 11 hs completisimo. We were greeted with a bite for both with super full drink also.
Pool, gym, changing rooms and hydromassage of 10. The water temperature was perfect.
The attention of all is also remarkable, from the reception, to the waitress who went to the room, the staff of the pool and the dining room. I booked by mail indicating the dates I wanted to use it and they confirmed the availability and effectiveness of the reservation within a few hours of sending it.
The very clean room, overlooking 9 de Julio Avenue with soundproof windows. I did not hear a fly from outside.

I did not stay at the hotel. I simply attended a pictorial exhibition (which I thought was very good). So I can comment on the Exhibition Hall. Very nice atmosphere, very spacious. Good lighting for this purpose, cozy corner of the living room in the same room. Impeccable bathrooms and very nice staff. From the receptionist, waitresses and who manages and presents the artistic show. The hotel lobby, tasteful.
