We had a positive experience purchasing a truck from this dealership. Our sales representative Dan Boltner was kind, knowledgeable, and personable. The sales manager was upfront and honest. I would highly recommend them and would do business again.

Thank you Young Tran for your help today. The staff here is very nice . Young kept me informed of what was going on despite the very long wait . In a situation that could have been a disaster turned out to be great. Great place
DO NOY BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY !!! They are terrible. I found this place for my husband when he needed a car and had a low credit score. At first they were great when we bought the car. We are a couple months in with the car and this company has given me nothing but trouble. They customer service is beyond horrible my husband sends his payments for his car and they continue to turn off his car because of a tracking number. He sends them pictures of the receipts, the money order and tracking number and they love to play games here and turn his car off. We live in NC so he can no longer drop off a car payment directly to them instead he mails his payments like they told us to but they do not keep their end of the contract. Stay far away from this company ! Listen to the other reviews with 1 star! Do not get a car from here even if you are in desperate need of one. This company is horrible.
Sold me a used trailblazer that wont even pass inspection.Been there 3 times ,4 time I told them I was dropping car off on saturday after 1 to pick up a rental they promised since Saturday is the only day off I have and work from 5:30- 6 ish depending on the circumstances which they do not do diagnostic on Saturdays. I get there Mick started arguing that I was supposed to wait for diagnostic which they dont even do and said I arrived late and they dont have a rental for me.He said he tried to help me,he never once tried.Got him on the phone finally where he proceeded to tell me to be quite and not to speak.I contacted his boss and said the decent thing would return my 1000 dollar down payment so I can begin to pay the 1500 hundred dollar bill it will cost me to fix this.No response. I sent them every thing from my mechanic starting with the weekend after I bought it.
We were traveling from east to west and had a problem with our Toyota Tacoma. Mike Murphy, along with others, helped us tremendously by getting our Tacoma in to be looked at when they were very busy. We were able to continue our travels without a delay, but with peace of mind that there was nothing that couldn't be dealt with later. Thank you Mike and staff at Peruzzi Auto Group!
I've had so many problems with this dealership Peruzzi. I don't understand how they rate with four stars I've taken my vehicle there more than once and told them problems with my batteries and they tell me everything's okay with my battery and I take it somewheres else and they tell me I have dead sales in the battery. They tell me they're are doing a multi-point inspection on the vehicle after I leave the place my tire light comes telling me my tires are low. After you buy your vehicle from these people to service sucks.
BEST Car buying experience I have ever had. From the beginning to the end everyone was so nice and professional. They really worked to get me into the car that I wanted. I am so excited driving home in my car. Thanks Bosh, Fred and Amar. You are the best. See u guys when it's time to buy my next car!!!!
I recently purchased a Peruzzi certified used vehicle from Peruzzi in Quakertown (04/26/21). I purchased a used Mazda CX-5, that I viewed on the Quakertown dealerships website. The vehicle was actually located at Peruzzi Mazda in Langhorne. At the time of purchase I was told that only one key was brought up with the vehicle and that they would have someone bring it up. Ok, I was fine with that. After driving the vehicle for 5 days I had been hearing a sound from the brakes. It became more frequent and much more noticeable. I called the dealership, took it in and was told it was just new brakes and no one heard the sound. Long story short, 3 trips back to the dealership, more excuses, sales manager riding with me and he acknowledged that there was a definitely an issue, the problem was still not addressed. Finally, my last attempt, the mechanic rode with me, he also drove the vehicle and said he had an idea what it was. Now, I have been told that the rotor on the drivers front brake had glazing on it, they removed it and it has not made any noise. Now, I understand that this can happen, not likely but it is possible with new brakes- no one checked the other side, so how can I feel safe and confident that my brakes are ok? The sales manager assured me if there is a problem in the future they will stand behind it and correct it. My question is, why not check the rest now instead of waiting for the noise or the possibility of an accident while braking because of insufficient brake contact? And the second key- I m still waiting. I was told Wednesday 05/19/21 that I would be called to come get it by the end of the day. I have received no such call as of 5 pm today, Thursday, almost a full month from the date of purchase. I live locally and work locally to the dealership and at this point I would not recommend Peruzzi to anyone.
