Wish there was a negative star only hospital you get cut and have to pay doc to put glove on. Spend 4 hour in the ER to have to clean your own cut and get no release paper.

Would be no stars we waited in er for 3 hours while my husband in pain no others around us in waiting room can hear the drs and nurses talking and laughing ended up leaving and drove to another hospital they need to take care of patients and tell story's on own time not a good hospital on er end

This hospital fires seasoned, experienced nurses. If you are slated to deliver your baby at this hospital, please think carefully before you do. The young nurses who will care for you, while probably nice and sweet, lack experience and your care will suffer. The current nurses in labor and delivery are sneaky and conniving and create chaos-how could that possibly be good for moms and babies. Many of the current nurses lie and are dishonest. It starts at the top and someone is doing his job very poorly when dedicated, long-time nurses are being fired because of made-up allegations. This is shameful.

Nurses are rude. They treated my pregnant sister like she was a burden.... And didn't let me see her because i had my son with me. Which they have a law that says "no kids under 12 allowed" inside the rooms. Im am extremely offended and upsted at the service we received. Worse hospital I've ever been to.

On Friday the 17th of June I arrived at the 3rd floor to be readied for a 'colonoscopy' to be performed by Dr.Puri.....From the moment I saw my first nurse Jennifer to the end waking up, I was put to rest by the rest of the staff of the 'surgical centre. The nurses couldn't have been nicer and more professional, and there are no words for 'John' the Anaethesiologist who walked me through the whole procedure, and with a little humour calmed any nerves I may have had....So 3rd floor Surgical staff you have all my sincere THANKS....nothing but good things to say about you all.

we have had many experiences lately from doctor visits, radiology, x-rsys, sonograms, cat scans, out patient surgery, blood work drawn on ourselves as well as our four year old. They are nothing but a professional, courteous staff. And very little wait time. The hospital is very clean and the staff is professional. The pink ladies are great with kids. Thank you Permia Regional of Andrews. And I hear they have a great cafeteria and are improving on other features in the cafeteria in order to accommodate and give a wider choice of food. The hospital is people oriented. I recommend it to anyone. Dr. Puri is great!

Totally unacceptable service. Went there for chest pain and they sent me home while having a heart attack. Went to Midland Memorial for service. And still PRMC wants to bill me for ER service. Total joke.

Do not have a kid here. The cna working in labor and delivery found my husbands facebook and messaged him if he wanted to hang out. The same thing happened to my sister in law, that same girl found my brother on facebook and tried to do the same thing. My sister in law kept her cool but that's super unprofessional she honestly doesn't care about her job nor respect the people who go there. The last time I had a good sonogram was in 2015 idk what they did with that girl but she was the last technician I had who could give me a good sonogram I eventually stopped expecting a good sonogram. Dr. Nayak is a great doctor and his clinic staff has been the same girls forever it doesn't suprize me their very friendly. Other than the girl in labor delivery it was good pls remove her already if you have a kid last thing you should be dealing with is an annoying murse trying to get with whoever walks in the building pls keel your personal life at home!!!

They helped my family in a 5 person rollover from a drunk driver and healed a broken arm broken nose cut in the back of our head and major blood loss they are truly one of the best hospitals I ve been to so whoever keeps saying bad stuff just be quiet

You couldn't ask for a better equipped hospital in a small town. The nursing and support staff are amazing. The doctors that have a practice here are all very good. The ER doctors sometimes leave something to be desired but they do well enough for a small ER. The new building and facilities are amazing. We had our first baby there and the experience was amazing. We would highly recommend it.

I had to take my two sons to the ER, and my youngest ended up having to get admitted. My mother had to stay with my boys, so I didn't have to miss work, and the hospital staff has gone way above and beyond to take care of and accommodate my mother and my other son during their stay. All the staff is super friendly! Normally I hate hospitals, but if I ever have to go or take my kids again, this will be my choice.
