I must say that trying to get this congressman to respond to your emails appears to be impossible. I'm not sure if doesn't know the answers or what. More then a half dozen emails with no response. Poor communication skills.

I contacted Congressman Perlmutter for aid in assisting our newly graduated physical therapist in processing her licensure through DORA. She had made multiple attempts through DORA to get her license, which is needed for her to treat patients. She had been unable to get any response from this agency. Within 2 days, despite the holiday, Hannah Mullen, the Congressman's assistant , had made the contact, and our therapist received her license and was able to start seeing patients as planned. She was ready to begin her career, after 7 years of education to achieve her doctorate in physical therapy! We thank you for your effort and dedication to your constituency.

Ed recently met to discuss an emergency health car...

Ed recently met to discuss an emergency health care bill that would bring great relief, particularly to those who have lost their jobs (along with their health insurance) due to COVID. He already sponsors Pramila Jayapal's Improved Medicare for all bill but this is an emergency variation, known as H.R 6906. I appreciate that he agreed to co-sponsor the emergency bill and to meet with constituents remotely to hear our request. His staff arranged this very quickly after we requested the meeting. On the topic of Health Care I give Ed 5 Stars.
