About Performance Nation
Performance Nation is a program created by the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific that offers sport science and performance services to the public. Its services include physiology, strength and conditioning, nutrition, mental performance, physiotherapy, and performance testing. The program also offers structured packages such as an Athlete Development Program, HYROX packages, and gift certificates, and serves clients regardless of age, gender, skill level, or athletic goals. Performance Nation staff are CSI Pacific employees who also work with Canada's Olympic and Paralympic athletes, applying that same expertise to public clients. The program also hosts workshops and events focused on topics such as race-day mindset for endurance athletes.
