Have 4 Policies with PMA that I m pleased with and their Agents reach out to me periodically for updates.

I was lied to from day 1. Recruiters. Managers. Internal personnel at the IMO. They all lie. They terminate you if you don t agree to travel on average 4 hours a day on your own expense in your own vehicle. You get advanced 8 months commission. If you are terminated, they keep all renewals and months 9-12 on commissions. They make sure you re in debt from day one and they get all the control in the contract.

Do yourself a favor and work with a different IMO. These guys are greedy and unethical. You d even be better off contracting directly with Washington national.

My father and mother have insurance policies with Washington National. They have been paying over $15,000 a year for long term care/cancer/heart attack insurance. Their rep was Christopher Wheeler. My father passed away a few months ago and we had questions about his policy and my mothers. Mr. Wheeler answered my phone call once and said I would receive a call back. Now he refuses to answer any of my calls and I have received no call back. When I decided to cancel all policies, Washington National stated that the Long Term Care insurance would remain intact and there would be no future charges after October for my mother. It s now December and she still receives a draft monthly from Washington National. When I called corporate they stated that the insurance is through Ship. When I called Ship they stated my mother was covered (lifetime benefits) but they have not, and would not bill. Yet, Washington mutual still receives money and denies it. The auto draft is $266.39/month. Mother stated I didn t know about all these policies. She said that my father has met with Mr. Wheeler occasionally and would buy new policies and update changes. Mr. Wheeler preyed on a 90 year old veteran and now refuses to answer questions related to these policies sold. I have been trying to get answers from this company since September 2019. I have decided to cancel my own policies and would not suggest anyone purchase from this company. Their insurance agents are only concerned about selling policies and their customer service lacks care and knowledge.
