Slow unloading. Not much room to back in. Very unorganized

Late for next appt. I got to this one for a 5a.m delivery . They don't open doors until 5:30 a.m. I don't know how a 5 a.m appt makes sense.

You have to park on street or double park even to check in. Of course backing is tight but not much of a problem. The sign reads you can only check in 15 minutes early. I checked in at 8:15 for a 9:00 a.m. Unloaded and bills in hand 3 hours and 15 minutes later. Plan on catching a nap.

Good luck getting a 53' trailer into this dock. It's made for pup's. Super duper slow to get your paperwork back. Offloaded 1 pallet in 5 minutes, took 3 hr to get paperwork back. Dock opens @ 0530. Some parallel parking on street but 90% is taken by abandoned cars and trash trailers. Remaining is at your risk.

Nothing fun about this place and you better have your backing skills on point...It took 6 hours before i got out of this s*** hole..it needs to be tore down and replaced with something made for '53 trailers and dropped trailers and cars parked on the side of the street beware of this place

If you're a truck driver they start checking in at 5:30am but will not take you earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment time

This company is a joke, It took to get unloaded roughly 8 hours+. Appointment was 8am I got here at 7:30 unloaded me by 4:00pm now I m still waiting for my papers half an hour already, Place is sh****tight plus parked cars and trailers & trucks all around. Can t even make a turns.
I never come back again..

Slow to unload and not easy to get in the dock if you're not first in

They have limited parking but once they get you in a door it doesn't take them long to unload you and get you out of there.

Very poor service..
Especially South East unloading lumper service..poor service..
Just one truck unloading takes 6-7 hours

This place sucks. Got a door pretty quick, but then sat there for 2 1/2 hours before they started unloading me. And it happens every damn time I come here. Oh yea and the lot is pretty freaking tight.

How about u get rid of the curbs & rocks in front of the refrigerated docks so drivers can get in & out w/o maybe damaging theirs or others' trucks...
