I ordered an AG 9 headset that worked for about 4 months then stopped. I submitted a ticket and received my new headset a few weeks later to find out the microphone doesn't work. I wrote several emails and submitted a ticket but haven't head back from any one. Don't buy from this company
I had bought the AG9+ gaming headset from Walmart a few months ago which worked great for a couple of months. I then started having issues with the right speaker cutting out when the mic was plugged in. I got a hold of customer service to let them know about the issue. I chatted with a very nice gentleman named Fred who took care of me from there. To make a long story short this was top notch customer service and I am very happy with the way Fred handled my claim. They are sending me a replacement. Thanks Fred and Excellent job PDP!!
i would have given this company NO STARS!!! will be reporting FRAUD!!! soon. They never sent me my product even though I preordered it...its been more than 2 months. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT this company and dont buy their products. The Customer support doesnt work...(UPDATE- my credit card company refunded me and is pursuing FRAUD investigation. They told me to leave it up to them..yay!!!!)
This company has gone above and beyond to fix a small issue I couldn't resolve on my own. I love gaming. I love being able to have options when it comes to customizing my console or pc. So when PDP went out of their way to help me out, I couldn't believe it! You guys rock! Cheers guys, keep up the good work!
Awful company, terrible customer service. Called countless times and made several tickets and got no response. This company doesn't care about you. Don't shop from them. Plus their merchandise is crap.
Horrendous customer service. They said they would get back to me in 1 business day. Its been almost 20 business days with me leaving multiple voicemail and emails.
Terrible customer service. A 1800 number that doesn't work. They don't respond to emails, or stand behind their warranty. The headsets aren't bad but many say the same after a year they stop working. Invest in another company.
Buyer beware . Bought an item never received it. Cant reach anyone through emails and calls always on hold. I thinks they are down rigbt ignorant. Customer service there is none. I say they sell junk. Its been 15 days and still nothing from this company no calls or emails. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I will NEVER buy from this place nor there product i will tell everyone about this also. And bad review them on all their website and so on.
Never received one of my products, tried calling and emails and even sent a letter with no luck.
