I recently purchased a 14 RDX for my parents who live in libertyville, and they wanted a remote start system installed in anticipation for the cold Chicago winters. Perfect Soundz was able to help them right away and give them a great deal. It's difficult to help my parents with everything as all the kids are now in different states, but I feel confident PS will take care of their vehicle needs. My mom called me after her appointment beaming about how kind the guys were and how much she appreciated their attention to detail (even with replacing a busted taillight on my dad's ancient and neglected corolla).

Great shop. They installed an automatic starter for me almost three years ago. I recently had issues with my car starting so I gave perfect soundz a call. They made it very simple for me to get my car in right away even with my very unflexible work schedule. To my surprise when they called to let me know it was finished they said it was no charge, they guarantee all their work. I know most shops guarantee their work, but like I said previously I got the starter installed almost 3 years ago now. Excellent customer service!
I have done a few different projects with Andy the owner and all of them went perfect hence the name and the price was more than fair. I almost didn't do the review because he is pretty busy with constant work as people know he is the best place to go now. So far this shop has been FANTASTIC! They installed a remote start in my Acura RDX with new fobs and my factory fob working to start it. Did a T-harness also no cutting factory wires. Then I brought them my C4 Corvette and they went above and beyond repairing a number of engine oil leaks at a more than fair charge. Best thing is they listen and care about your vehicle - I would highly recommend them to take care of your ride too!!
My son recommended Andy to me several years ago. Always can thru when I needed help,from brakes to oil changes to odd requests. My son moved away but Andy has my loyalty. Great shop.

first time i met owner he was rude,i ignored it because he was recommended. had him buy everything for a car audio system. not too long after i started having issues,fuse guard melted,battery wire melting, so he fixed it but made me pay.put in another fuse guard ,that melted.made me pay. then my speakers blew.he checked everything and said amp is fine just turned it up too loud.everyone i asked said speakers shouldn't blow if its wired right. he stops answering my calls,but answers my buddies phone. went in to ask whats going on now he says oh the amp is bad. the amp he recommended and wired...said i would have to pay him more to fix it. i figure hes not fixing the problem but instead keeps charging me and have everything keep melting and i have to go back to give him more money. never tried to make it right.no idea how this guy has perfect star reviews...i asked if you had time when i came in,why would i make an appointment when i just keep putting in parts that keep melting? so after the third time something melted you want to keep putting parts in instead of fixing the problem? you checked my amp after my speakers blew and told me its fine.after 3 issues i would think you would look to see if the amp was the problem. instead of me blowing my speakers.i have money,i probably didn't wanna give you any cause Ive had multiple problems. and yes you ignored my calls for months. not very professional. i took my speakers out as soon as they blew.

Very friendly and informative, doesn't treat you different because you aren't as knowledgeable. They explain things to help you better understand. They are also willing to work with you on things, had them look into a non functional remote start and they replaced it but saved me money by reusing some of the old components.
