I love Pereze Insurance. They are very helpful and friendly.

The lady who awnsered my call was very disrespectful when I asked her how much my Insurance was. She responded with " How do you not know how much you pay?" In a very rude maner and was accusing me of being someone else. No professionalism and they absolutley suck! I found better coverage for half the price elsewhere.

GREAT SERVICE IVE BEEN WITH PEREZ INSURANCE WAY OVER 13 YEARS NOW AND I DONT PLAN ON GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR INSURANCE.

I didnt like how the receptionist or whom ever it was acted like they didnt speak spanish while I was on a 3 way conversation and finally after being so rude they stated they spoke Spanish. Like really wow if you only knew you eat because of your customers.

Went to make a pay for a friend staff were very friendly and helpful. Ended up getting insurance quotes for my daughter, very reasonable rates, no brokers fees

Worthless people ever like screwing people over with false hopes of a good rate but at the end the results are offensive

Called to get a quote the lady who answered was really rude about it and then put me on hold and never answered and the call just hung up these people need to be nicer if they have a business and are talking to people on a daily basis.

Kind people they work hard but it's hard to understand what they mean what they are going offer and how they are going to help not to be rude but need to work on Spanish and find a way to communicate better either then that good people just need to work it up by a little more.and can be very rude to customers at times.

Walked in, waited 5 min & never was greeted upon arrival (there was only one lady working at the time) I can t recall her name exactly but she was sitting in the back (left corner, I believe she had glasses). I got my insurance. I month later decided to cancel my policy over the phone(vehicle sold)....only to get spoke to by the same lady, yelling at me saying she was too busy to do anything, I asked why she was raising her voice at me talking aggressive she replied because I m busy right now with other customers , I replied... I totally understand if your busy but all I m asking for is a confirmation call when ever you get around to canceling my policy so I don t get charged for another month , her response I can t do that, I m busy right now!!! And hung up. Mind you the phone call was on Bluetooth and had another person with me at the time that heard everything. Even they were surprised to hear that the lady from Perez Insurance talk to me aggravated, in a yelling tone. Hey, I m only a paying customer that not once insulted or ever raised my voice at her. I treated her with respect & got the opposite from her. Also, I am not saying everyone at Perez insurance is rude, I m just clarifying that my personal experience with that lady was horrible. I just can t recall her name. (IF NOT I WOULD ADD IT IN HERE SO YOU CUSTOMERS CAN BEWARE!) I can guarantee you that if I walk in there I will remember her, but I don t have time for negativity & bad customer service. I won t be going back, you lost a paying respectful customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

By far one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. Ever "agent" there speak to customers in a very demeaning disrespectful manner.

They pride themselves on being a part of the Hispanic community yet talk to everyone like they are less than and know nothing. You would be better served going to any other insurance agency.

This company lacks basic customer services skills and professionalism. From the way they speak to customers on the phone/in person to their clutters, tacky office. The entire outfit is due for a major overhaul.

Best place in town. Save yourself some $ go check them out

I have been a loyal customer with the Perez Insurance Agency for several years. They fight hard to make sure that the customer is being taken care of and receiving the best insurance rates and coverage.

Loser loser loser. That's all I have to say about this company. Called them many times to ask or inquire about lowering my insurance rates. Calls never returned. Staff is rude and unwilling to accommodate customers. If you're looking for a solid insurance company, trust me, these guys ain't it! I would literally go with any other insurance company than these guys.
