Our retail location, Kate Spade uses Perch's display monitors and we are constantly befuddled with the display. It's recurring crashing, static electricity, and strange interface is a weekly issue where we have to contact them. Employees have asked multiple times to remove the product from the store and speaking to another company at Saks Fifth, they are having the same exact problem and are quite upset. Strange that a forefront product like this works this way. And hilarious that the CEO and a former employee left a glowing review like the commenter posted below! Below is their crashed unit at 3:00PM in the afternoon.
