Very nice tribute to the history of Pepsi Cola. Enjoyed the Pepsi and ice cream float.

Awesome people in town. Quiet clean and relaxing living. Can't wait to go bavk.
Pepsi on tap and popcorn. Great history of Pepsi represented and souvenirs.
Cool, little museum that shows where Pepsi was first made.
Such a cute place to grab some pepsi and popcorn. Some memorabilia if you would like. Surrounding area is super cute too
Very small. Old drugstore feel to the venue. They had a counter where they sell Pepsi and popcorn. Only had one case with vintage Pepsi memorabilia. The rest of the store was mostly focused on selling t-shirts and other stuff. TURIST TRAP. Nothing like the Coke museum in Atlanta
Small, quaint little area. Well decorate and had fountain/bottled Pepsi drinks with a little sitting area. Lots of fun merchandise, reasonably priced.
Not much to it, but great prices on drinks and good popcorn!
My wife and I were disappointed with our visit (June 2016) to the Pepsi museum in New Bern. There was very little Pepsi merchandise on sale and a poor selection of Pepsi metal signs. Just an old building with a few Pepsi collectibles under dirty glass (not for sale) and a small drink counter. Employees were business polite, but not overly friendly. Not a favorite stop in New Bern and I see no reason for a return visit. Disappointing. 2 out of 5 stars.
It's really just a glorified gift store with an attached diner. I didn't eat at the dine in area, but the rest of the store was basically Mountain Dew and Pepsi merchandise with 3 small displays of 'history'.
What's not to love, Pepsi is the most delicious soda made, and this original soda jerk shop still offers the Pepsi via draft!!! It's a must every single time we come to town, and now I have my own little one to share this tradition with!!!!
Nice setup, lots of things to purchase and Museum items just to view
Not to exciting. I thought that they would have someone making soda the original way. They just use a soda machine.
It a must to swing on by and check out the history while drinking a glass of Pepsi. The kids love getting a Pepsi float and some popcorn. It s a small spot, but has tons of character.
Nice place lots of Pepsi items . Service Pepsi floats
This is a great place to visit! Learned about my husband's family history!
2 stars! We were looking forward to a nice place to visit. It was very disappointed it was just a general store
Horrible not much history at All. Just basically a store for Pepsi items
All of the things you can buy, from shirts/sweatshirts to pens and pencils, they are also very friendly
Really cool to enjoy an ice cold Pepsi in the actual place its formula was invented! Phil, the guy operating the soda counter, was very friendly and entertaining. You could tell he really enjoys working with the public. Lots of Pepsi & Mountain Dew memorabilia and lots of Pepsi & Mountain Dew souvenirs to purchase here. At the counter, a large Pepsi on ice is only $1, including tax... And fresh popcorn (the only food product sold here) is $1.50, including tax.
The Pepsi store is a quaint little shop. You can learn the history of Pepsi, buy merchandise, and get a drink and popcorn.
What a great shop and museum. My grandparents were Pepsi Cola Bottlers so for me this was almost like going home. I certainly felt a connection to family while visiting. The prices were reasonable. With the influence Soft Drinks have had on America and the World this is a great stop. And its not over the top like the rival brand.
Pepsi cans from iraq and afghanistan among many cool things
amazing experience but i hope they do sell the legit retro bottles and not just regular bottle with retro stickers placed on them which is obviously a sticker. friendly staff
New Bern is a nice town. Lots of history and unique shops
Always nice to stop inside. Popcorn and a soda is only $2.50 and you can come back and get a free refill on soda. Customer service has always been nice too.
It is a neat little landmark. They have some historic information and facts, but not much else to do. It is mostly a gift shop, but you can buy nostalgic gifts like glass bottles of Pepsi and classic advertisements.
It was a nice place but not much on the history of Pepsi. Mostly a gift shop and a snack bar. Although the glass bottle drinks were cheap.
Order a Pepsi from the very pharmacy that Caleb Bradham invited Pepsi-Cola at. This is a great spot to people watch and enjoy a cold drink.
MS. Mary you rock! Thank you for all your directions. I love Pepsi and let me tell you that it is so worth it to walk in grab a cold fountain Pepsi and enjoy looking at the merch ! Easy on the wallet too!
It's not expensive so that's cool. Nice place to stop for a Pepsi float.
Staff was warm and welcoming. Good place to purchase a souvenir. They have a counter where they serve pepsi drinks and popcorn. The mountain dew is delicious here and tastes much better than the regular bottled kind.
The smell of popcorn just entices you right in the door of this small pharmacy where Pepsi was created. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere
It is not a museum, it is more like an old timey American store with historical facts on the walls about Pepsi.
Nice little place. Don't expect anything like the world of coke. Still it is awesome
Pepsi store in new bern is such a unique place to visit. You will see history of pepsi and also will try some old pepsi product here. Great place!
Made me have to have a Pepsi..... been so long forgot how tasty it was.
A nice shop with a little glimpse into the birth of an iconic international beverage. Lots of souvenirs and memorabilia available for purchase. Super nice staff who obviously enjoy their job. A taste of history in beautiful downtown New Bern.
New Bern is such a beautiful and historic city full of unique stories such as this one. As I prefer Pepsi-Cola over Coke any-day, this was a very fascinating visit. It is not overwhelming at all but gives you a timeline overview of how Pepsi-Cola came to be and the man behind the genius of it. There are plenty of souvenirs to choose from and the workers are the best and kindest workers I have met in a coons-age! Highly recommend this quick-stop along the historic route.
Historical information with a Pepsi and pet friendly
Worth seeing, history through merchandise always fun.
We were somewhat disappointed as there are banners all over town, but little history. We expected more of a museum than sales atmosphere.
I have been a huge Pepsi fan all of my adult life (43 years now). You have a sweet tooth, you've had a bad day, at family reunion or cook out, or just relaxing, Pepsi hits the spot, everytime.
Neat shop where Pepsi was invented. Best place to get a soda and popcorn.
Seating area in the front to enjoy your drinks. Spacious. Many glass pepsi bottles & some fragile antiques; Mountain Dew items as well. Cute small shop! Washrooms inside for guests.
They don't serve real Pepsi. (i.e. no HFCS) You have to buy the bottles. I'm pretty certain Brad didn't use corn syrup.
Lot's of Pepsi and Mtn Dew merch inside! Smells like popcorn when you walk in. It's very comforting.
Quaint a little disappointing but worth a stop. Truly a once in a lifetime experience, because you should go once and you'll never have the desire to go again.
Great historical store in NewBern. Very interesting items. They expanded the store size to accommodate more historic items. But still no freebie soda.
Nice people. Nice pepsi memorabilia. Original location of the birth of pepsi. Always a must stop for us. Oh, by the way, I drink Coke.
It was great, really cool store with a lot of history and merchandise.
I was born in New Bern so when I returned for a visit I stopped downtown to see how much has changed from my last visit. Of course it's as beautiful as ever but not this location. I don't know what to make of it. Is it a museum? Is it a memorabilia shop? Is it a soda shop? Whatever this location purports to be it isn't impressive. No food?? Just some random Pepsi items in cases laying around. Maybe I was expecting more but I left disappointed.
Very interesting place, especially since I've grown up drinking Pepsi.
Great historical place.. love the history..I personally donated very old Pepsi bottles which are in a display case
Great place I will even drink the Pepsi better taste then from fast food or can. Good history and nestalgic items
Fun place to stop in on a shopping break. Nice employees
