This is the worst company I have ever booked with. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! I kept there load on my truck (refrigerated load) for 2 days. They gave me a layover of $250. Only to take it back on their Epay System. This company is a total fraud. I don t know why they re still in business. I am so upset. Why would you take carriers money. Us O/O, we work hard out here. Again DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

No one answer the phone or emails! Do want to pay for run! Smaller companies have better customer service!
This is by far the worst place to book a load. I booked a load with them waited 12hrs at the shipper just to find out someone else picked up the load broker said he would take care of me of course he lied won't answer the ph and even switched numbers. Wow right not even tnou
Booked a load with them to Kroger DC. for 2:15pm. Got there to find out that they don't receive deliveries from other companies but JB Hunt after 2pm and was turned around to exit. I called the broker to inform him of this information. He told me that wasn't true and would call me back. Of course he didn't get back with me and I had to finally get through to someone in accounting. To make a long story short. Two days later the load was dropped at 11:15am. They need to get better organized on how to run a productive business.
Good luck getting a hold of ANYONE at this company I have made countless calls and sent countless emails to brokers and accounting for a load that is 90 days late on payment and still connot get anyone to respond to me. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any broker avoid working with these people at all costs.
Avoid at all cost. Negative satisfaction. Lost an entire day for nothing.
I hauled 2 loads for these jackwads. Fist load they shorted me on detention even though the detention form was filled out and supplied by the receiver, which was their own company!
Getting paid is like pulling teeth, and getting someone to answer the phone or email takes an act of congress.
Definitely stay away, their rates aren't worth the time trouble or aggravation.
We have been working with Pepsi for many years. And for all those years of business together we have only the best experiences. They are one of the best brokers.
Will find any reason not to reimburse you or pay your load out. Super unprofessional, literally don't know how they're still operating. Avoid booking with them, you have a better chance of reaching God for assistance than anyone here.
