Great products for the price and good selection. I will be returning.

After having many pairs of cheap sunglasses, I bought a pair of Nevada style shades from Peppers. They fit great and I wore them during several long hikes...then I broke them. Although it was my fault, Peppers replaced the glasses with a new pair. It's rare today to find a company that stands behind their products like this....friendly staff too!

Well, girlfriend bought me a pair to replace the ones I dropped in the lake. That was my 2nd pair, this is my 3rd and last unfortunately. Received the new pair last Saturday, exactly one week ago. I immediately sent an email to the listed address on the website, with this picture, when I received the delivery. Waited a couple days as it was Saturday, called and left a VM on Monday and no call or response at all to address the flawed glasses they sent me. Look, these are middle of the road on price, doesn t matter. I bought something new and it was damaged. Apparently, peppers eyewear doesn t care if this happens. Would I buy again, prob not. Stand behind your product and at the very least, communicate with your customers. All I wanted was a new lens to pop in there

Super helpful and friendly staff! Great product and price point! I lost a pair of sunglasses I bought in Colorado 2 years ago, and the staff, especially Bethany, was super helpful in helping me figure out what pair I had via email. I ordered two more pairs ;)

Great styles and optics- polarized lenses without the markup of other brands. Their warranty cannot be beat (what other company will replace your $$ sunglasses after a year for a $20 fee? none) and their customer service is always excellent! <3 my Peppers!

I absolutely love my Peppers! I can t think of any other company who stands so firmly behind their products! I ve purchased many pairs over the years and have had no issue turning them in for warranty (with a receipt), even when I dropped a pair and broke the frame. No questions asked they were replaced! Their employee Bethany was top notch when I did not include new replacement models! Thanks Peppers for always being so awesome and putting out amazing products!
