I worked 4+ of years in Data Analytics team in this company. Manager Niranjan Reddy Sir is encouraging the employee to learn new technologies and very much supportive in all aspects. He is one of the gem manager in this company to grab new technologies like BLOCK CHAIN, BIG DATA, AI,Cloud Technologies and other latest technologies up to date. Freshers/Experience guys if you have a chance work with him please let him know your skills and you are area of strong. It will helps to your carrier as per present market.

Started career with this organisation and they provide a very good learning environment for freshers. I am very happy to get associated with company and my overall work experience with the company is good. One best thing is that employees get many perks such as free lunch and good accommodation which is very well maintained by the Mancom team.

Cons:-
I have noticed that employees privacy at the accomodation was at stake. Because of one front line woker, the entire reputation of the company goes down.Office boy named Ghouse does all things as if he is owner and he takes the pictures and videos of the employees and he even enters into room of the employees without their permission and this kind of behaviour was not expected from a company like this. Because of such acts many employees would leave organization since privacy is the key concern over there

I have joined as a Internship for project coordinator the organisation and staff are good .But the salary they assured as Intern was not given and for the work we have done is not paid back.

No project,you will be fired immediately.
This is happened recently during covid situation,
One of the biggest revenue microsoft project named MCIO has moved to other vendor, immediately they fired all the employees.

The Great CEO Vishwa prasad still don't know the root cause is by the Manager named 'shiva Sheela' , this manager hired all his ex employees from wipro ,friends and family members in this project including her wife,daughter ,son in law

Not recommended for experienced employees

Good for freshers to begin their Career. Best team mates and easy to commute.

Faltu Company and Faltu CEO.They have rats in office floor.yuk .
Faltu Managers dont know anything and no experience in technical.
Dont Join this company if y have any self respect.

As a fresher I had good opportunity to learn. I got an excellent opportunity to learn Java inspite of my Mechanical Engineering background. The HR personnel were supportive to the freshers in bridging the gap between a rural college environment and office work environment.
