The team at Subaru Penrith were among the most welcoming staff I ve ever come across at a dealership let alone any workplace. The staff from reception through to sales and finance all had a kind and personable approach.

Both Paul and Khan made the entire process of buying my first brand new car an absolute breeze. They put a tremendous amount of effort in to fully inform me of my options and organise a great deal that suited my needs and would work for me, rather than what would bring in the most profit.

I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you so much!

From the minute i walked in and discussed my issue with my stereo and booking in my service. I was provided a seamless customer service by Johnny. I felt at ease throughout my conversations that I had regarding my car service. I can t fault the customer service I was provided.

We did not buy, although they, referring to David and Abdullah gave us optimum service and an unbeatable deal. Great service one on one, and even though the car was out of budget they did their best to help us.

The place was nice and my partner and I love Subaru cars but their sales manager didn't know how to deal with customers when it comes to negotiation. We made an offer and manager didn't agree but after getting home received a phone call that they're willing to give a discount. Why not negotiate whilst the customer is still in the vicinity and not after getting home.

Terrible experience from Rebecca.
Asked her if she could get to a particular price & was absolutely honest about my trade in car - sent photos including the worst features and shared a valuation from my local dealer. (Which she can see in the system anyway!)
The local dealer then matched Penrith's price - with a slightly lower mileage car - but I said no, I have a deal with Pentrith, I'll drive an hour each way to honour it.
Got there, and they jacked up the price by $1k.
So I went back to the local dealer, who kept to their side of the bargain.
Terrible waste of my time. Go to Bill Buckle in Brookvale instead.

When attending Subaru Penrith, I had the pleasure of dealing with their sales consultant Daniel. Daniel was outstanding with his customer service and acted in a professional manor throughout my whole experience. His in depth knowledge and great communication skills were a key factor in my decision to purchase a car from Subaru Penrith, as he was quick to answer any questions I had asked and went above and beyond to find a vehicle suited to my required budget. The whole process from start to finish was efficient and displayed a high level of professionalism and respect towards an individual who at my age generally gets taken advantage of by sales management.

Last weekend we visited Subaru Penrith in an initial fact finding mission to help decide our next car purchase. We were looked after by Rebecca who intelligently answered our many questions and took us for a test drive of the Liberty. Not only did she display professionalism, friendliness, an extensive knowledge and experience, we were very impressed by the absence of pushy sales tactics. A very positive experience. Penrith Subaru has to be the best dealership I have ever dealt with, the whole experience has been carried out by all of the team in professional manner from the sales consultant Rebecca being welcoming understanding accommodating providing excellent service from the very start of what can be a very stressful experience in buying a new car, but the entire Penrith team seemed to work well together to achieve the and provide an excellent experience. Rebecca was extremely honest and courteous, with many back and forth visits while I was deciding on the vehicles options. I also found the final management decisions to be relayed back to sales in a fast and effective time thank you Dave. I also decided to take out the Subaru insurance with Sharon and again was not let down in assistance in providing the right insurance for my requirements with a very completive price. My only issue was we had arranged delivery date and then was informed that the car would not be ready because of the extras and parts not arriving in time. Thankfully the awesome staff organised a quality loan vehicle along with regular updates on progress. The Outback was presented beautifully prepared on pick up with extras fitted the whole experience overall was pain free and a pleasure to deal with all the friendly staff again I thank you for your efforts I have no hesitation in recommending Penrith Subaru to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, They are professional, polite and go over and above with customer service.

Bought a 2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R from Subaru Penrith in late October.

We made some discoveries about how Trivett Automotive conducts business that resulted in being able to buy a car that was much newer and much better specced than originally expected for only slightly more money than the original budget we set out to spend.

My original plan was to buy a used/demo 2017/2018 2.5i Outback as I generally avoid buying new these days, but a demo 2019 3.6R that they had was only four months old with less than 3,000 kilometres on it was only marginally more expensive than the 2.5i and it was also available in the colour I wanted. I made a $10K saving over new for a four month old 3.6R, so I left a very happy camper!

While the sales pitch for extras is always there, it was done in a manner that didn`t push, shove or guilt you into buying. This was better than previous car buying experiences I`ve had before.

The interest rate for Subaru Finance is still far too high in the current 2019 market, so I financed elsewhere, but the Subaru Insurance (Allianz) quote was better than any other quote I got, with the new-for-old deal being longer than other insurers as well (and they will happily quote for ANY car, not just cars bought from them).

Big thanks for Daniel for being friendly and approachable, and communicative too - both before, during and after the deal.

Bought a car here recently and really enjoyed the experience, from meeting the salesperson to organising finance and payment.
Service was excellent, it was on the whole a very positive experience and I would definitely like to buy my next car here. Delivery was quick and I felt looked after throughout.
Of course - the car itself is a beaut. For such a low price you get adaptive cruise control and all the latest safety features; and the biggest boot space. A no brainer really - and for the record I got a car with CVT and it drives like a dream.

I was impressed with the service and help by Ryan Chandler when my wife and daughter purchased a car recently. Ryan is an asset to your company. I would recommend accordingly.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. The salesperson I saw answered every question with a wealth of knowledge, organised test drives for me when I wanted and the best part was I felt completely comfortable - I could take my time, ask questions and come back as many times as needed and there was never any pressure or frustration! Replaced a broken sun visor the same day I contacted them. While I was there, the staff fixed my key which needed soldering after noticing I manually unlocked the car. Amazing service!
