They like to destroy evidence, turning off camera's .

Rudest people imaginable, couldn't call me back ever, then when I called I was yelled at for calling. Finally, I arrived to pick up a background check that I needed since the first was lost in the mail, the front desk help couldn't even make a call to the department to tell them i was there, told me to do it myself. Just because you're police, doesn't mean you need to be rude to paying costumers for your services. Learn some manners.

Decently informative but terrible customer service. Literally just hung up on me before I could say thank you or have a nice day. Rude.

Commom sense is apparently not a trait of Pa. law enforcement. It appears that generating revenue is a priority of those in charge in these difficult times.

Do your job! Catch the driver that hit and ran my car. Oh it happened on the jurisdiction line so they go free because you are too lazy to serve the public. I broke no laws but I got treated like the criminal. I'm just another citizen that the incompetence of the police has resulted in a complete loss of my respect of the badge.

Lazy. Quick to grab your online payment for a crash report... Then to find out that you have to wait something like 15 days. A Tom Wolf rigged system. No wonder the state of PA is in shambles. Lame system. Lame law makers.

i want to say thank you to the PA state police of Harrisburg and particularly to Vickie. The state police was very understanding and corrected a mistske in timely manner. Furthermore, Vickie and the Major were outstanding and very professional. i truly want to say Thank you and may God bless you all.

It's my opinion that the police at this department will mishandle the law and harass documentarians to protect local hunters that abuse animals.
