Convention center, downtown next to the Reading Terminal Market hotels across the street and near by restaurants galore.
Parking is difficult to find and everywhere you go it's so crowded you have to squeeze pass locals, tourist and people attending conferences and events bring your patience.

The Pennsylvania convention center always has great events. I would say some events are even amazing.

When the flllFlower Show first moved to this location, I was very skeptical. Unlike the previous location, filled with twists and turns coupled with surprises around ever corner, this was one wide open space. How would they make this enteresting?

The first year fit the bill of a non exciting wide open space. When you walked in, you could see practically everything at once. Over the years however, that has changed. When you walk into the Flower Show, you are immediately hit with a large featured display blocking your view of the awaiting visual treats that follow.

Some of these visual treats have included a 30 foot waterfall, the Eiffel Tower, being submerged under the ocean, a beautiful bridge full of tulips and other exotic plants.

The car show is another amazing event. The cool thing is the utilization of other areas in the convention center. Not everything is on one room!! Often, there is wine tasting in a whole different area, a Ballroom of sorts.

There are places to eat, shop, pot and relax and it's all easily accessible be wheelchair as well. The entrance is on the lower floor with the option of stairs, elevator or escalators to accend to the activities above.

Reading Market Terminal is adjacent to the Center providing more adventure to those seeking a day or night out.

This place is absolutely fantastic for conventions. I was here for PAX unplugged and there was sufficient amount of space for everything and bathrooms everywhere so there was really never a wait for it. Overall, if you're looking to hold a convention or if a convention is being held here, you'll definitely be satisfied, at least from a space perspective! Hopefully the next PAX is here again!

The location is a bit confusing. You have to cross the street to access some of the rooms. WiFi keeps turning off and is very slow. On the plus side, the location in the city is very nice, and the building pretty big.

This place is great for a large scale convention. Very centrally located in downtown Philly, connected to Reading Terminal Market and the Marriott. Hotels are all within very short walking distance. The place is massive however the set up is a bit confusing with three different levels so just be aware. The Grand Hall is really magnificently done and the ballrooms are all very nice. They do have a coffee cart and FedEx inside, as well as a lot of seating on the 3rd floor.

The meeting space was large and more than adequate. I found it difficult to navigate the convention center going there for the first time and figuring out how to get in and out for lunch without getting turned around.

The Philadelphia Auto Show is here yearly, and the amount of cars to look at makes for a great experience, whether you are shopping for a new car or want to talk to custom detailers. The venue itself is very big but laid out well, but with little food options, more would be nice considering the general admission cost, size of the venue and how long people typically stay there.

Huge building capable of holding multiple large events and conferences simultaneously. Can be a bit overwhelming to navigate at first, but staff are friendly and helpful. All events I've been to here (including the PHS Flower Show, auto show, and a large medical conference) all seem well organized and run smoothly, to the credit of both the organizers and the venue.
