This company is horrible to deal with. Starting with the owner and going down the line to the receptionist / girlfriend Melissa. They will cut corners every opportunity. They were contraced by Nationwide to replace my vinyl floors after a septic back up.. Took 4 months and 6 floor replacements for it to finally look 1/2 way decent and they destroyed my home in the meantime. At the time my home was brandnew my husband and I built it.. Instead of pulling up the damaged sewage soaked floors they put the new vinyl overtop and trimmed the bottom of the doors so I would not notice, Then when they were called out on it.. The owner blamed it on the crew ! The owner directed the crew to do this. This type of work went on and on. Then to top it off just today 04/29/2013 I had to call into the office and speak to Melissa again because of the Nasty notices I am receiving at my job that she doesa not address to me , she address it to WHOM IT MAY CONCERN intentionally going out of the way to try and make the customer look bad... making threats about fraud for me to pay the deductible from 2010 even though ive sent several notices that I will not pay the deductible along with several notices that they are not to contact me at my job..Then to be told by Melissa who I may add is really close with the owner ?? That she didnt care that ive contacted an attorney .. WOW To sum it up this place is insane to deal with , the owner is blinded with his receptionist / girlfriend's ( Melissa ) ignorance that they would rather be sued instead of doing the ethical thing and admiting fault. Mark Pennington's company is horrible .. Find another contractor this company should be out of business !!!!!!
