Cindi was a great source of encouragement to the practice in her visit. She was energetic and had great ideas that helped us feel like we as a team can improve but also felt that we were doing something right. Learning about two way texting and how to improve with new patients coming in late as to filling out an online forms are both examples as how it will improve the flow in the office .
