I started my career as a fresher and got training from pegasys on both Admin & Development for Salesforce. My initial career of 2 plus years laid a strong foundation for me where I am today. Fake company not even paying to the emplyees and The CEO of the company is the big beggar fooling people if they do not have capabilities to run a business I don t know why these type of people open such a big it company I don t know from where CEO is pay building rent as well

Be careful. Never join in this company, Please do join if and only if you want to ruin your career. Don't believe the positive reviews they are forcefully made to be posted by their current employees. It's a complete scam they will ask for 1-2lacs for job guarantee program and at the end you will end up with nothing. I heard from their employees that their salaries are not paid since six months. The HR is very irresponsible, the companies office-boy does provide more information than HR.

They won't care about anything once you join, especially closes all room for career development. No Salary, No proper Relieving. The CEO doesn't care about their employees. Its completely fraud. I wish government should take a action on such companies.

Sadly, Google does'nt allows -ve rating, else would have given them (-)10 black stars. I am pretty sure the couple of review-ers who've recommended them here are either their foolish employees or are paid-out reviews. Extremely unprofessional, disgusting and unethical company, anyone can ever come across in his/her lifetime. I even wonder, if this company is/was for real and ever transacted in the US market,as they claim. They are absolute shame in the name of privately-managed business. Actually, Its just another bunch of fraudsters, who let their country's name down by running businesses in the US and take IT business on a ride. The people who disguise themselves as their founders,CEOs or MDs, are bunch of crooks and thieves, who have had been looting employees,employers and any xyz individual coming into their contact. Govt. should take strict action and such companies must be shut-down on immediate basis and their so-called MDs,CEOs & Founders should be barred for life-time to run or manage a business or firm. A label of ineligibility & crook should be publicly tagged on their LinkedIn profiles, they are an ideal example of unprofessional,unethical and douchery.

This company doesn't even deserve a 1 , but there's no option to rate minus HUNDRED.

They don't pay your salary in time, they say the concerned person is not in office. Friends, if the concerned person is not in office, the employees salary to be postponed?

Almost all their HR's are unprofessional. They do false promise for Offer. And keep you going to them again and again.

You know why I left the company? Because of the rude behavior of an HR when I asked for my salary. He spoke in disrespectful manner. I was going to office with out my leg injury treated, and later the HR's rudeness made me think, I should no longer stay there and immediately put down the papers.

Friends, feeling irritated to even write about them, I have worked in few companies, its not my first company, so my reviews should have some weight. Other's who are writing in positive are either paid ones, or may be they have not yet realised.

I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY SALARY, AND THE AMOUNT THAT WAS DEDUCTED TO PAY TAX AND HAVE NOT PAID TAX. EVEN LAST TO LAST WEEK THEY keep SAYING THEY WILL PAY ME ON FRIDAY. THEY ARE DOING THIS SINCE NOVEMBER . THEY SAY THAT LNT HAS NOT PAID THEM. Received a response that THEY WILL PAY ME ONCE THEY HAVE FUNDS. Whaw.

What have I got to do whether their client has paid them or not? So if their client does not pay them, dont' they pay the employees?

I never got the frustration in any other company, but here , my total 9 to 10 months were filled with frustration.

Leave : In any company i worked, I never take leaves frequently. Here after working for 8 months, I took leave for 5 days. They have deducted my Salary for the leave. Even though I said I should have paid leaves as I have not taken single leave in past 8 months, they said they will return only if their client does not deduct. Later they have after some email exchanges.

Just Remembered so adding here : They have not even given me the Form 16. They are just a fraud. Join here if you just want to go through nuisance. Govt. should take action on such companies.

TODAY is Mar7 2019, I left company in November 1st week 2018. Even today I have sent them email asking for my Salary and they are not even replying.

Jan 11 2020 : the salary is being cleared gradually however not being paid as promised. They keep postponing. now they say tey will clear it on a day and make only part payment saying they will clear it next installment in full, again the same story. Now some amount is left and I am sending email but no response received. its been more than a year and literally hundreds of email sent.

2nd Feb, 2020 : Still waiting for the dues. I was promised that it will be cleared of last month. And I have sent reminders as the end of the month was approaching, because I was not sure they will clear it off. Then there are no responses from them. I am sending email frequently, but still.

To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are an employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. I feel Iam in safe hands.

Training was excellent. The trainer explained the concepts with real time scenarios which is useful to everyone to perform well in real time projects. He put all his effort to make his students salesforce
professionals from the Day-1.

Pegasys is a good place where you can learn and grow yourself. I worked as a Salesforce developer at Pegasys for a year where i got trained in Salesforce and did some good amount of realtime work. At Pegasys I've been exposed to various clients which improved my technical and communications skills.I now working in MNC's and working for various international clients because of strong foundation in CRM which i got from Pegasys, I would always recommend Pegasys as a starting, learning & growing for anyone.
