An absolutely sympathetic company, the leadership on the occasion of the 25th anniversary was just great. Where Pegasus is on it, you can safely access!

In our Treasure Island game, an orange pencil had dried out the first time it was opened.

The support said that it was a consumable item, for which there was no free replacement. A link was sent for replacement pens for 8.99 including shipping.

A second, more detailed email with an invoice was not answered after 11 days.

Update: Support has now responded to a new ticket. Therefore everything is fine.

Since I'm a gameplayer, maybe I'm not unanimous.

Great family games at fair prices. Staff helpful and friendly.

Great publisher, every year cool new games and humanly very competent.

Admittedly, the publisher has a very wide range of games, but customer service is a disaster. If you have a problem with the game material, call the service hotline as advertised in the description.
I had always written an email before, but was never replied to. In the telephone service I ended up twice with annoyed employees who were absolutely unfriendly on the phone.
Well that can be. Nevertheless, I remained loyal to this publisher, even registering our board game club with Pegasus for the board game days. That worked well the first time. At that time I even wrote a photo report to document our day.
The next year we registered again. But no message followed. Only after several requests I received the message that Pegasus had changed the requirements for participation in the game days.
The flower signaled to me that our club was not elitist enough to advertise Pegasus products on these game days.

I complained but never received a sufficient explanation. A certificate of poverty for such a well-known publisher. I get an invitation every year to register for the game days, because Pegasus hadn't taken us out of the mailing list, even though I had said so.

Since then, I boycott this publisher, which in my opinion is only publicly presented as customer-friendly and in reality lets customers hang out with problems.

I wouldn't give a star, of course. Since this is not possible, I give one for the statistics.

P.S .: The quality of the game material is partly underground.

The dealer's day is always a great big thing. Pegasus Games has a very high level of board games and role playing games. In places like the Berlin Con, something has to be done. The guest on the Berlin con does not want unmotivated people on the stand, who gives the impression one would steal their time.
