Pegasus Apart'Hotel Review

The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel conveniently located near restaurants, public transport and the Queen Victoria Market. A complementary drink received on arrival and on-site parking available (at $25/night). Stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was clean and modern, however, it didn't have a clock, DVD player, USB charging ports and the fridge was noisy at times. It was easy booking for the gym/pool/spa, although the pool water was chilly but I still enjoyed the swim.

We loved our 5 night stay at the Pegasus. If you wanna stay in CBD melbourne this is a great location for it. 5 minutes from Vic Markets and 10 minutes from Melbourne Central shopping malls (walking).

Few other things to highlight ( traveling with 2 kids);
- 5 min walk from Flagstaff park and play ground
- Rooms are basic but have comfy beds, are very quiet and with full blackout curtains. We had a great sleep.
- Special kids rooms available just ask
- We loved the pool and spa
- Gym also looked awesome (small but effective)but didn t have a chance to use it
- Parking undercover for a special rate as it wasn t busy
- flexibility; we had to check out a day early and got a full refund for the unused night

Special shout-out goes to the friendliest staff ever! Would absolutely recommend and we will surely come back.

Absolutely amazing staff. So friendly, happy and went out of there way to make our weekend amazing by decoration our room.
Fast communication via email to book room and great competitive prices.
Used the swimming pool and spa, just needed to book in at reception on the day.
The dinner menu and drinks menu was reasonable.
Spacious room with amazing view of the city, and very comfy bed.
Had an amazing weekend. Highly recommend to everyone.

Great location very close to Queen Victoria markets and short walk to Bourke St mall. The room was very clean and matched photos. The bed was uncomfortable and rolled into the middle. Bathroom good size but the water pressure was temperamental. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Super nice experience here, everything from checking in all through checking out was soooo amazing close to city centre, parking is available. Great price and room was cleaned and super nice. Exactly what I expected. Love to be back again.

Friendly welcoming staff. Queen room was great, bed & pillows were comfortable, clean & tidy. Great location, only a 4-5 minute walk to Queen Victoria market. Awesome breakfast & coffee.

Highly recommended hotel has a jacuzzi and a great view from outside. Yummy food too!

We booked a studio room and found that too small so we upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Girl at the front desk was accommodating to our needs and did this without a problem.

Randy in the restaurant was also very helpful and welcoming.

Overall our experience was great. Will definitely come again if the chance arises.

Be aware of bedbugs. If you look on trip advisor someone else already complained about this.
Came back home with bites all over me. After $180 bill from doctors and a test the results confirmed it was bedbugs. Of course the hotel manager will not admit there was evidence of my claim so I am not even sure if they took my complaint seriously and cleaned the room properly.

Lovely hotel , and most of all the customer service was outstanding the staff were very helpful and polite. would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling near the Melbourne CBD as they are also reasonably well priced for what they offer.
