As a container driver I've got to say this is one ...

As a container driver I've got to say this is one of the worst ports to collect or drop a box. They have an hour window booking system which is useless BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH LIFTER DRIVERS TO DEAL WITH YOU IN THAT TIME!
but, its ok ,its only the hauliers and drivers who suffer.

Worst port in the country
Extremely slow service over 45min wait just to get a box off

Then they damaged the trailer when putting a box on absolute joke of a company

Never really had any issues here apart from work F...

Never really had any issues here apart from work Felixstowe went upside down and ships were being diverted to hear which became a major problem at Terminal 2 system couldn't cope in my mind with the amount of traffic bear in mind the automated system is not fully automated yet and was in human control which shows poor management
