Peel Health Campus Review

Quick, efficient, caring service by all staff. Special mention to all of the hard working theatre staff and the sisters of Barker Ward. Thank you very much.

I had 2 ops last year in Peel. The level of care was top, nothing to much and all my question answered. Right from the start until I was discharged was 10/10.

My husband Terry Hill was in there from Saturday 20/3/2021 till 24/3/2021 after having a stroke the Drs and nurses were marvelous he had such wonderful treatment from them all and all were so jovial and nice we both appreciate everything they did for him and he was never made to feel he was a nuisance or a burden can't thank them all enough for their care and patience. He was in Whelan Ward.

Very disappointing! My first visit was on the 11 March 2021. I had a fall at Sport and Recreation Centre, my leg got caught at the glass gate to the gym. The GP sent me to SKG to do x-rays and from there they sent me to Peel Hospital to emergency.
We had to wait over 2 hours, the interaction with the doctor was less than 1 minute!!! Hi, I am Lee, contact the bone hospital, that is all he had to say to me.
I think it is pathetic that when you have an injury, they do not treat you with dignity. You are just a number. An assistant put a splint on my leg, I have a knee fracture. Nobody asked me if I had pain, nobody explained what I was suppose to do and what I was not suppose to do.
My name, first and last was misspelt. As soon as I went through the second waiting room, I was number "6".
We moved to Mandurah 3 years ago, if I get sick I hope I do not have to use these facilities. I am wondering if all doctors treat the patients the same way.

Having been to the emergency department once, I found the staff to all be very caring and highly professional.

I would just like to thank everyone in The Emergency department for all their help and the great job that they are doing under extreme conditions. This is my second time there and am humbled by the level of professionalism displayed here. Keep up the great work .

Just had foot surgery at Peel, can not fault the lovely caring staff, especially the nurses in Barker ward, the food was great especially for a hospital, I ate none stop!
Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and believe me they were rushed off their feet with 8 admissions during the night.
Hats off to them

Midwives and doctors were all amazing when I had my baby. They were caring and listened to me. Even the hospital food was good and I went public. Would definitely recommend the maternity section of peel hospital!
