The doctor's office my children have been seeing since they were born was bought by this company. I really like the office however this parent company is horrendous, especially their billing department. Back in May there was a delay in my insurance paying for my son's annual visit and pediatrust (without contacting me or sending a bill) charged my credit card over $500. I have been fighting with them since (it is now September) to try to get the money back. All insurance claims have been processed and no balances are owed. Everytime I call they say they need to contact their supervisor in order to refund the money. I am extremely disappointed with the service and am about to switch pediatricians so I do not have to deal with this billing department. It is a shame because all the doctors at the practice I go to are wonderful.

If you re looking for a doctor that truly cares for their patients, you re not going to find it in this place. I took my 11 month son while my husband and I were visiting family out of state for their weekend hours. I was clear and asked the receptionist whether she would like to see my insurance information. She said no she didn t need it until she was processing us. I again asked her, after waiting 20 minutes, is she sure she doesn t want to see our insurance information because we re out of state.The nurse or receptionist said she would try to process our insurance but she would have to ask the doctor. The doctor came and told us that there wasn t enough time to process our insurance because we are from Virginia, even though there were one and a half hours left until closing. So we were turned away. The doctor turned away an 11-month-old who was crying in her waiting room and had been previously waiting just so that she can leave work on time. She will have to live with this on her conscience if she had any.

Pediatrician visited my newborn son and did practically nothing but talk about himself. We also we're not informed we would get an extra bill for the hospital sending him to my son's room. All they did was blame my insurance but did not address that I was never informed I would be charged. Stay away from this unethical practice as all they care about is your money.

This company failed to notify us that there is a charge for PPE during covid times per visit and it's a shame because we do like the doctors and the personnel there. Due to that we are changing pediatrician that does not charge PPE fee. This is a review of the company's policy and not the pediatrician and nursing staff, I would give them 5 stars.
