Im so glad i finally found a doctors office that has a friendly staff and wonderful doctors. The office is kid friendly with great decor. My son loves the the POD theater. I also like that they do xrays and other services in the office. My son was dehydrated and they did his IV fluids in office. Pediatrics on Demand is the place to go for urgent care and routine doctors visit. The office is also open 365 days!!! When my children are happy and at ease going to the doctors that a great feeling.

The clinic is very clean, the staff provides a great care and shows a high level of experience.

The ladies at the front desk are pleasant, accommodating, and very much on top of running a crowded pediatrician's office.

Pediatrics on demand is thee most kid friendly Dr's offices that I've ever seen! The lobby is furnished with kid size recliners, an electric fireplace, a flat screen and an aquarium that kept my son mesmerized. The rooms are decorated with disney characters that made the place look so cheery. Our nurse was super nice and Dr Pearce made my kids feel so comfortable. She explained everything to me and made sure that I understood how the medications would work to heal my children. We will definitely be back!

My 5 yr old son was sick and his pediatrician could not see him. This office is so nice and clean and the staff is really nice and very helpful! I will definitely keep coming to this office for dr visits and urgent care if needed! Thank you!!!

3 hour wait even with an appointment. The staff are very rude lazy and unprofessional. Will be switching pediatrician. This place only wants insurance money they do not care about kids or take the time to even get to know them

Ever since Pediatrics expanded they have horrible waiting and do not listen to child's needs. From billing to staff to doctors. First bad experience was right before expanding. They sent my kids diagnostics and fees to my stepsons mother. How does that even happen?? Fees accumulated over 700. All being sent to her. It wasn't until it got sent to collection under her name that we noticed the error. You set up appointments and wait over 3hrs. The longest I've had to wait was 5 hours. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you're going to have people waiting? My husband just got back from taking our boys for their physical and it is 9pm. Appointment was at 6pm didn't see Dr until 8pm. This will be our last time here.

My wife and I took our 3 year old at 9pm due to a possible fracture in my daughter's ankle.
The moment we walked in, the whole place took us by surprise. The amazing two rows of child sized leather recliners with a big screen, playing movies -just like if you went to the theater, was the first thing we noticed.
After she was signed in, they show you your child's name on a TV with their order of who's
next to be called (We came late so there was zero wait time for us. We were in and out within an hour and that's including our daughter getting xrays done)!
Free juice boxes for the kids and coffee/tea for adults was great, too.
The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing but great things to say about our first time there!!

I loved the waiting room it kept my 3 kids calm while waiting with the movie theater and the comfy recliners and the dr did all the tests i ask her to do! Would recommend this place to anyone with children!

The support staff and medical providers were all very nice and friendly. The cleanness of the facility could improve. They also need a bigger sick reception area.

Was there for a walk-in during peak hours. They got us in fast and out. We were able to see our regular Pediatrician, my son got a shot and sent home with a prescription. They are all super friendly staff which is one of my main concerns. The facility is really nice with refreshments, lollipops, toys, balloons and reclining kid sofa chairs. There are charging ports in case you forget your chargers. They have extended hours and meets about any scheduling issue

This pediatric office has greatly improved!! I love the the little childrens theatre and coffee cafe in the waiting room!!!

My children and i enjoy their service. They provide a cozy like environment for the kids and adults to enjoy while they wait. The best doctor, nurses and staff that i have encountered thus far. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I love Dr. Rawda and his staff, he was the first doctor who really listened to me about my concerns for my autistic daughter. Dr. Rawda truly cares about his patients and is extremely kind and understanding. My daughter is thriving in school now. This is a wonderful place to bring your children to, especially if you have a child who has autism or you suspect that they might be autistic. I would definitely recommend that you make an appointment with with Dr. Rawda at Pediatrics on Demand, they even have Saturday appointments.

After our first visit for immediate care the kids liked the facility so much that we switched and made this there primary pediatrician!

Just left this office without my grandson being seen. I take care of my 2 .grandkids . They've been coming to Dr. Rowda for over 2 years since their pediatrician retired. No problems except wait times. Because of family issues I take care of them , have since birth. Now they refuse to see them because I didn't have the card and am not the parent. Please, this is a sick kid. He was just there in October with no problems. I'll never go there again.

Unexpectedly needed to visit twice within 7 days (different children) & they accommodated us perfectly. My daughter was excited when we had to return for my son & disappointed that she wasn t being seen, lol. The facility was clean & they are definitely following Covid guidelines. Excellent staff (physicians AND front desk). My family is grateful & I highly recommend.

The entire staff was super friendly, my child was being super bratty and I love how everyone still kept their cool. I loved it and if I didn t live so far I would totally make them his primary care physician.!!!! Taylor was super sweet and there was a nurse whose name I forgot but she had like Brown/red hair and glasses she was so funny and cool. I felt safe there, I trusted them with my kid.

Very professional and friendly staff. Clean facility. This place is very kid friendly. From the interactive game in tge waiting room, the pictures on the wall and the tvs showing kid shows in the patient rooms. The doctor talked to my children and made them feel included in the visit. The wait was not long at all.

My daughter was up all night with vomiting and diarrhea. I tried taking her to the ER but after a grueling 5 hour wait and still NOT being seen, I left feeling exhausted and heartbroken for my baby. Then a friend told me about POD. From the start of our visit to the end, my daughter and I were treated with kindness and compassion. They cared about her wellbeing and took extra care to ensure that she was being treated properly. The facility was amazing; clean, child friendly, and mom-friendly too with free coffee, WiFi, and phone charging! The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. I don t live close to POD but no matter WHERE I move, I will ALWAYS make my way back if my children need care. Thank you all so much for making my night.

How can this place say they take walk ins i went there with an appointment at 9pm they couldnt find it and said my 6yr old couldnt see anyone without switching drs on my insurance first pretty ignorant lady at the desk. Answereing service who made my appointment they couldnt find was nice

I have been coming to Pediatrics on Demand for years. When they first opened they ran a little behind, but were good. My kids felt comfortable and I felt like they had it together.

NOW.......

This place is terrible!!! I honestly only go here because its months to get in everywhere else. I made an appointment for my kids yearly physicals and checked with my insurance that it does not have to be a year to the day its just one physical per year. The receptionist tells me when I get there," sorry we have to reschedule its our policy and your kids are one day early." I then went to proceed to tell her I called my insurance and it does not matter what day they had the last appointment my plan is one a year. She still refused to have them seen. So then I try to call my kids other doctor to see what she had available to find out she left the practice. Every time I go here its a TWO hour appointment! I work in healthcare, I completely understand about running behind but TWO hours, they left my husband and daughter in a room for an hour and a half and told them they needed to re- schedule for an EKG. This place is just terrible. Do not go! Oh and not to mention every time I go here they tell me I have a new balance when I pay every balance but come back the following year and some how you still owe a balance!

The staff at Pediatrics On Demand are phenomenal! Everyone is so nice. Linda was superb!! She was so personable and knowledgeable. They have you in and out. If you need an alternative to an ER/Urgent Care I highly recommend them . They re a doctors office as well!

Very good experience each time. The doctor's are nice and friendly and also patient. They work together and do whatever is necessary for the child. The wait time isn't bad also.

Wonderful and kind staff took great and prompt care of my son's rash, quick diagnosis and effective treatment... I'll definitely come here again when we need care for my son.

Even though I came on a Saturday morning my waiting time wasn't bad. The nurse that helped us was very understanding and helpful. She made my son feel comfortable. My overall experience was good.

I had the best experience! I can t thank enough the amazing staff and doctors ! I had a great visit as well as testing !! Scheduling was quick and girls were super nice ! Gentle and professional test by one of the staff. Made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. I will be recommending this clinic to all my friends and family.

Laura at the front desk is absolutely amazing! We told her that my daughter was running a fever and she sent a nurse out within minutes to take her temp and give her medicine to bring it down! Dr. Rawda is nothing but the best. He gave my daughter an IV without hesitation when I told him she was barely drinking anything. I drive 50 miles just to come to this office when either of my kids are sick! Definitely worth the drive!!

This clinic is very nice and the care that is given is impressive. The doctor on staff loves what he does and treats every patients case with the proper care that s required. I bring my kids here all the time and they love it.

If I can give a zero I would ve! I ve been coming to this office for years. Let s just say it s time for a change. Don t get me wrong Dr Rawda is a good doctor but his front staff that s a whole other topic! Every time I go there I feel like I m filling out the same paperwork for the new system that s always changing aside from that none of the staff update each other about current patient situations it took me over a month to resolve the smallest situation in regards to scheduling an appointment.
Aside from the unprofessional front staff , this new clinic they have recently opened just to private insurance come on really? One of my favorite things of the clinic was it was a one stop for everything. I came in January my son hurt his toe in school bring him the and they tell me X-rays are move to the new clinic I say ok I ll go there to get a response of private insurance only. I can go on & on . It s time for a new dr

Staff was very professional. My daughter was seen on a Saturday as a walk-in for urgent services and the wait time was less than 15 minutes. The service provided was compassionate quality care.

The nurses are very sweet and energetic. I think the new decor for the younger kids is an excellent idea.

I don t know why I gave this place a 2nd chance! They are always so rude and rushing you like they don t want to give you a minute of their time!!!! I called yesterday spoke to Hannah she gave me an appointment for today at 11:40 I came in signed myself in and then she asks me for my insurance turns out they changed my pcp and they couldn t see me. I asked her why they didn t verify my Insurance before they scheduled me for an appointment she said I don t know who you spoke to no apology no nothing! They just made me waste my time! Never ever coming back here again!

I absolutely loooove this place!! The environment is fun and eases any of kids possible fears or anxieties. Front desk is polite and helpful, doctors are GREEEEAT!! However, they ALWAYS seem to have internet connectivity issues, resulting in serious inconveniences! PEDIATRICS, can you get it together and obtain a new service provider?!

I didn t have an appointment and I walked in and was seen in a timely manner. Doctors and staff are always pleasant.

I would recommend this place to anyone that has kids and cares about the type of care that they receive. The clinic is fully remodeled and very kid friendly. It s equipped with toys and a whole play area that keeps your kids busy while you wait your turn. The doctor is also very knowledgeable and cares for all his patients.

Horrible service!!!! All my kids were dr Rawdas patient since 2011. Since last year the fast service has tanked. On average 3-5 hour long wait after making appointment. I had enough today was our last visit. Dr Rawda is great doctor but clinic does not have a bit of respect for other people s time. Sorry to leave but this terrible service is impossible to deal with.

Nice place and they are quick and accommodating, but the receptionist who works on Saturdays needs to wear a mask and be more considerate of elders with compromised immune systems regardless of not being close to patients. Safety comes first.

The nurses here are nurses that you Will always remember they are so nice and sweet .

I am an Infectious diseases specialist and I needed my kids tested for strep and flu since they were showing symptoms. They tested positive for both (again very fishy, clinically that is very unlikely but I went with it). Then the moron of physicians WROTE FOR THE INCORRECT DOSAGE OF DRUGS FOR BOTH OF MY CHILDREN! I cannot believe it. A pharmacist wouldn t be able to catch the error because they don t know the weight of my kids nor indication. I will be reporting the incompetent physicians to the board of pediatrics That s IF they are even certified. I am beyond disgusted

Great place! Had a wonderful experience with the teledoc appointment. Doctor was on time. Was sympathetic, caring, and thorough and asked to see my child in person. I went to the office shortly after without an official appointment and had a minimal wait. The place is clean, decorated to keep kids distracted, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the overall experience. I felt that they really cared and we weren't just a number that had to get "serviced."

DEPENDING ON WHAT INSURANCE YOU HAVE, THE NEW OFFICE WILL NOT TREAT YOUR CHILD IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND IF MANAGED CARE OR PUBLIC AID, INSTEAD YOU WILL BE SEEN AT THE OLD LOCATION WITH LITTLE CARE OR ATTENTION. HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE PRIVATE INSURANCE, YOU WILL BE SEEN AT THEIR NEW LOCATION ACROSS THE STREET AND THE DOCTOR WILL MAKE SURE TO ORDER EVERY UNNECESSARY TEST POSSIBLE JUST TO BILL YOUR INSURANCE INCLUDING X-RAYS AND NEBULIZER TREATMENTS! Pretty sure this is all against the law. There are plenty of great doctors and pediatricians out there so make sure you find the right one for your kid. ALSO THEY PAY FOR THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS! If that isn t a warning I don t know what is.

My 3 yr old son has a high fever over 24 hours. I called Premier Family Urgent Care in Burbank to inquire the latest time they see a patient. I couldn't make it to their other location but they referred me to their other location that is open till 9pm and it's a pediatric urgent care. When we arrived, the atmosphere was kid friendly and decorated with Disney themes that got me appalled! In addition, the Dr. And all the staffs are so friendly and caring. The place was very clean and they offered a balloon to my son since he was getting crabby. They also provide beverages for kids and their po parents too! This is was a 5 star experience and I would definitely recommend this urgent care to all my family and friends!

I didn t like the people working here they had attitude when they had me signing papers and when I sign the last one she didn t tell me I could leave so I was standing there whole time thinking I had to sign more stuff then I finally asked her after 5 mins was that all the paperwork she says yes and just stares at me without saying a have a good day or nothing rude people

Highly recommend this office. They are open 7 days a week and welcome walk ins. This office saved me from multiple unecesary ER trips to the hospital. Also, the staff is very sweet to both my girls and the MA Kayla always makes them feel like their special and not just here for a doctors visit.

With two young kids and a full time job is hard to find a doctor with good hours, quick service and a kid friendly place.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, prompt, thorough and professional...are the first words that come to mind. I came as an emergency walk in because they were open. NOW they will be my primary doctors...

Very friendly nurses and they make you feel at home

If you are looking for a job and apply here, please think again. They completely wasted my time and had me drive there for an interview (not to mention the lead Dr. who was interviewing me was 15 minutes late). They told me I got the job then completely ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate considering everything that is going on with the pandemic and unemployment. They have labeled it as a misunderstanding . I have also received an email from a past employee telling me to not even waste my time with this place.
