We've used PHS for enteral feeding supplies for years, but this year battled my son battled endocarditis and we had to rely on a PICC line for IV meds. The infusion team, particularly our primary nurse Melissa, took such great care of us. Melissa worked so well with my son, and made labs and dressing changes almost enjoyable - instead of dreadful like they were when he had endo in 2017. ;) Melissa, any replacements she had, the infusion team, and pharmacy folks all were amazing at communicating, providing support, and ensuring we had adequate supplies and training. I'm glad to have the PICC line out, but PHS made the process pretty simple.

Megan did a great job. Terri is also one of your best home care nurses.
