The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are wonderful! The wait times are very short and the staff is more than willing to help in any way they can. I feel like we are their only priority when we are there.

They are awesome! I highly recommend this office. It was recommended to me by a NICU nurse. I have had no problems since being here.

We always have a great experience here. Both our kiddos are patients. They have great hours and staff who are always accommodating with our special needs son. Their hours are great too!

Dr. Gore is fantastic. She always addresses my teenager first and then takes the time to make sure I have the chance to ask questions as well. We have not once left feeling like there were unanswered questions. I have seen a couple of the other doctors there for sick visits also, and they show the same care and concern. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My son recently turned 2 and was way over due for his check up. I made an appointment with the Doctors nurse and confirmed the day before. After moving around my entire day to take my son to the Doctor they refused to see my son because he had a runny nose. Mind you, he s a toddler and always has a runny nose! They also had no one in the waiting room and are Covid crazy!! I will never come back and luckily, Inwood village Pediatrics is taking my son as a new patient after already being full patient capacity. What happened to Doctors not wanting to help?! I m outraged!

So far we absolutely love the place and everyone in it. The staff is very friendly, the office and rooms are very clean, we love our Dr, Dr Brown, and will be brining our 2yo here also.

We saw Dr Waters and she was great, sometimes nurses were nice and others were very rude. Some of the nurses we got were impatient and seemed annoyed when doing my sons vitals because he wouldn't sit still (typical kid). Also, if your kid ever gets sick suddenly which is how kids mostly get sick you can NEVER get same day apt, we know the urgent care Dr. more than our own. Their main excuse is that its the season and that's why we can never be seen. I work for physicians and i personally think they have a large patient load and cant accommodate everyone. They even have PA'S we could see and they were still booked solid. In my opinion they should probably stop accepting new patients if they cant accommodate their current patients. When my son had a huge swollen lymph node which i had never experienced before and look extremely frightening the nurse said we are only seeing urgent issues today (in my mind my sons issue is urgent). Overall the experience has been terrible and seems like a money pit. If your looking for a new pediatric Dr. go to Inwood village pediatrics or pediatricians of Dallas off walnut hill. You will always be seen and i'm very picky since i've worked in the medical field for over 7 years!

Oh i forgot one other issue.....They take 30 minutes to answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! terrible customer service!

We have always received wonderful care here. We have a primary pediatrician, Dr. Brown, and we always see him if we schedule in advance. We do also see anyone who is available for sick visits, and the other doctors and NPs have all been great. The front desk staff are always friendly to us, and I always get a quick response when I call with questions. I also really like that there is a "sick" side to the waiting area so my baby is less likely to catch anything, and also I'm confident that when my kids are sick we aren't spreading germs to the healthy kids.
I have two young daughters, and would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family.

We are patients of Dr. Denison and couldn t be happier! He is amazing and so knowledgeable and caring. He is always giving us tips for upcoming stages in a baby/toddler s life and both of our children LOVE him. The entire staff has been amazing for us so far!!

They offer extended hours through the week, and always make my daughter and I welcome. The waiting room has a huge fishtank in the wall, and bright colorful trains on the wall. Just a cool place for kids to visit, which makes the fear of doctors and shots easier things to deal with.

There is nothing more important to me than the well being of our son. The group at Pediatric Associates of Dallas are the best of the best. I trust them implicitly and know when we leave we can rest easy knowing he has been looked at by the best. In today's COVID environment, they made the entire process comfortable (as comfortable as all the necessary precaution allow anyways) and at no point did I feel like my safety or that of my son's was in jeopardy. We use Dr. Gore and couldn't be happier with her genuine care for her patients and realistic approach to the parents. New parents need someone that is understanding but honest. That being said, we have seen a number of other doctors there and were always pleased with the service received. No need to go anywhere else - come to PAD and feel confident your kids are getting the best. (no I am not related to anyone there - just a passionate parent that is truly happy with the service as it pertains to my kids health and want to share my experience with others)

In my opinion, the best pediatricians in Dallas. We took our children to another Pediatric center and were disappointed with their overall treatment and organization, but we've been consistently impressed by the amazing doctors and nursing staff here.

Dr. Gore is so supportive and knowledgeable, always makes me feel more confident when I leave the clinic!

We were able to get a same day appointment with our PCP. Very attentive staff from triage nurse to scheduling to our own Dr. McClard!

Appreciate the Nurse practitioner that saw my twin boys. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasant personality. She actually sat down and talk to us and listen. I didn t feel rushed which I really appreciate.

Doctors are fine enough, and seem caring. However calling there is a nightmare - usually the line is busy or you're on hold forever. Once you get there, they get you in the room fairly efficiently but then you wait in an empty room for upwards of an hour sometimes! I've waited at least half an hour every time, that's on a good day. Why even bother making an appointment? I had more efficient service at a Primacare and at our doctors office in Canada.

This practice will obligate you and force you to have the kids vaccinated even if the parent refuses and brings over a state declaration for the child to be excepted from vaccines. I careless of the opinions of others in regards to the vaccines subject, but I have never seen a practice obligate a parent to HAVE TO VACCINATE just because the practice says so... if you do vaccinate this is a convenient practice since they are open all days, but if you have your thoughts and have a different schedule on vaccines know that they will let you go regardless of what your situation is.

We brought our newborn here for his first checkup after being discharged from the hospital. The front office team is great, they are very professional and organized. We really liked Dr Brown. He answered all of our questions and was easy to talk to. We were seen on time and they took great precautions for Covid 19.

This review has been long overdue. My daughter was Born February 2,2018. All of my paper work at Texas Health Presbyterian where my daughter was born was signed under duress. Dr. Waters
My daughter was not even a day old when you decided to do a rushed surgery. A tongue tie which I believe could ve been done right, by someone else. There were witnesses , and other nurses who were just as upset . They even gave me there business cards, and I am more than positive they would testify on my belhalf. She clipped my daughters tongue the wrong way, not to mention too early. She rushed through it, with the result of my daughter going through so much pain, and there was blood everywhere. She didn t even know how to stop it. After finally calling someone they told her to use silver nitrate, which was also painful for my daughter. I am so serious you have no idea the pain, and stress she put on my new pen baby, as well as my self and my family. I know you guys read these reviews . I pray that people read this review and do not go to her. She is very unprofessional. She explained she only had 10 min left and could clip her tongue quickly... I pray someone , and everyone reads this and pick a different pediatrician. On the other hand the other Dr. take care of my daughter very well. It was just her.

We always have a great experience here. Both our kiddos are patients. They have great hours and staff who are always accommodating with our special needs son. Their hours are great too!

Doctor Do is awful. After ignoring several questions about about our baby she discriminated against my wife for having a mental illness and used CPS as a weapon against us. My wife was accused of being a class 1 (the worst) threat for abuse and neglect against our baby. Her OBGYN and psychologist both believed it to be an over reaction and the case worker called it a false repoprt. Avoid her at all costs! She broke her hippocratic oath and did harm against my wife and family.

Always available for sick visits, and a wonderful and caring team all around!

This practice is as good as it gets!! From the admin crew to the doctors themselves, you can expect nothing less than excellent patient care. I always leave more encouraged than when I entered. Not to mention...almost no wait time!

Took my new born for his first visit today. I will not be going back at all. We only met with a nurse practitioner and she was too loud. Moreover, she did not wear exam gloves. Also, she didn t handle my baby with care.

Great doctors, great staff, great report with the kids, wonderful hours!! Short of marrying me, this is the best decision my wife has made. Seriously, this place has truly helped my kid out.

We love Dr. Gore and the whole practice is great! Great care and even asked how mom and dad were doing and gave us great advice for us as new parents! Also love the nurses line, friendly and helpful!

I don't understand how they can say they take in sick children but require you to make an appointment. How do you make an appointment for your sick child when you don't know when she will be sick. Dr. Gore is wonderful. But I have to find a place that does see sick children when they are sick and don't require an appointment for sick children. I guess I will start taking my children to Baylor pediatricians....

I m always able to get my baby in when I want him to see a doctor last minute. Dr. McClard listens and is very real and down to earth with practical advice for parents. Every other doctor we ve seen short notice has been great too.

I have taken my kids to PAD since my oldest was born 16 years ago. We see Dr Brown but have seen a lot of the other providers too. I love everyone in this office from the doctors to the nurses, MA s, receptionists, etc. I drive 30 minutes to see them because you don t see care like this these days.

Fast service. The Doctor was very thorough. My little one didn't look too sick but she still tested him and he was positive with Flu A. The reason he didn't look so bad was because at his well check-up a few months earlier they recommended that we give him the flu shot. Very thankful for this Great team of healthcare providers.

Moved to dallas a couple months ago and tried this practice first and love it! All the doctors and nurses are top notch.

We have had a great experience at PAD. No wait, great providers, and very nice office. We see Dr. Grysen and she always takes time to answer all of our questions.

Dr. Denison is a great doctor. He has been my Son pediatrician for 5 years and now my new born child.

We just moved to Dallas from Florida, We had a well visit with Doctor Michael, We got in on time, no wait time. The Doctor was so nice and informative, the nurses also was super nice and in general it was a great experience. The clinic looks very clean and well maintain, and they have a completely separates zones for Sick and Well patients. The only thing that made me give them a 4 stars was the price, I had to pay 600$ for a 4 y old well visit (including vaccines). In compare to FL that is very high. but I guess it is also depends on your insurance carrier.

He consistently remains up to date with all primary healthcare for our pediatric needs. Having 2 boys 6 years apart, he manages each age range with great intelligence and experience for all aspects in the pediatric realm as a primary caregiver. We love Dr. Denison, and everyone in his office. The front desk representative Sarah is always a pleasure and a glowing light. Every nurse and MA are attentive, professional, and personable when our "rambunctious boys" enter their work area. THANK YOU PAD, love you all!!!

Everything gone well, on time and very prompt. Our son took his flu shot, his yearly check up and we walkout in less than 30 minutes

We're always able to get an appointment, even if it's same day. Dr. Gore is great with the kids and we never feel rushed. The staff is always so kind, patient, and professional. The facility is clean, colorful, and bright. Always plenty of parking available as well! Very grateful for this team.

We have Dr. Foster. It was our first time there. We love it Dr. was very thorough and answered all me questions I did not leave there with confusion. From the receptionists, MA, to the phlebotomists were nice and informative. I have to drive a little ways but it s worth it.

I dont write a lot of internet reviews, but I'm just so impressed with this place. My daughter has been a patient for three years and we cannot imagine going anywhere else. The staff is courteous and professional and the all of the providers definitely care greatly for the patients and the parents. They take their time and don't seem to mind when we ask a million questions! I have referred several of our first time parent friends and they all say the same thing. Great people all around... I definitely recommend.

I did as much research as I could when trying to choose my daughter's pediatrician as I am a new mom. Dr. Brown is the kindest, most gentle soul, we're glad to have him as our pediatrician now. Also, the staff is so nice and understanding. We had a false alarm yesterday and it was just better to get our daughter checked out so I called, spoke to the nurse, and we were able to real quick book an appointment with the NP. I usually hesitate with things like that bc I do have a preference for a doctor, but I'm so glad I didn't with this. The NP was super great and knowledgeable. She was extremely friendly, reviewed next steps with me, and was even relatable as she has a small son.

I love this place and am extremely thankful that it is conveniently located close to us. Thank goodness.

BEST pediatric office in town. I have tried a couple handfuls (unfortunately) and I struck gold with this one. Not only the office staff, but the pediatrician whom I chose for my children (Dr. Drieling) is AMAZING. I almost don't want to name drop because I like keeping him a secret! Whether he used to be a professional actor or it is due to his passion for his career, he truly seems like he loves my kids as his own. He is there for any question via the patient portal and spends quality time with us during office visits. I love that we never feel rushed out. We never forget to ask questions because the doctor gives us ample time to thoroughly feel well taken care of. They go above and beyond. Yes, their phones are generally busy, however, it is because they take care of the patient in hand which I really appreciate. Managing my kids health is so easy because of Pediatric Associates of Dallas!

Dr. Brown has been my daughter s pediatrician since she was 3 months old. For the last 2.5 years, he has been nothing but informative, proactive, and patient when it comes to taking care of my daughter. My daughter loves visiting him (which what 2 year-old loves seeing a doctor?) and I believe it s because he has a great bedside manner with children and their parents. Because PAD is open late during the week, I ve always been able to get a sick appointment the same day. When I ve needed help during after hours the nurse on-call has been nothing but helpful. When my daughter was ill and we were waiting for lab results, one of the doctors check on our results on a Sunday and was wrote us a prescription that same day. I can t say enough great things about them and I will be a client until my children grow up.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dennison and the staff at PAD. They truly listen and care. Even though we have moved further away we still make the drive to come here because I can't imagine taking my kids to another Dr.

I really love Dr. Dreiling, he has been great to deal with and very straightforward. I haven't experienced any abnormal wait times at their office He has been our pediatrician since he saw my daughter at birth at Presby Dallas. I would highly recommend their office.

Staff are welcoming. Wait times are very reasonable. All doctors we've seen are great and welcome questions we have. Dr. Gore is our pediatrician and my 3 yr old loves to visit her. He was disappointed he didn't get to go to the new baby's well checks.

Dr. Denison is great. He is thorough and informative. If a specialist referral is needed, he genuinely cares and makes every effort to get my children what they need.

My husband & I love Dr. Do. We will definitely continue going to her. She has great bedside manner, very personable, and very thorough in her assessment. She answered all questions when asked and gave great feedback :-)

At the first visit, they forgot about my child s appointment for an hour and when questioned about it, they told me it was because they didn t have a single clean room. When I finally met the doctor she never introduced herself and her only advice during the first appointment was to follow someone on instagram and then left. She never even examined my child in the less than 2 minutes we were given. Not going back for that type of care.

The Doctors, PNPs and Staff at PAD are fantastic! I will always trust them to take care of my children.

Our son s doctor was Dr. Brown. We highly recommend him. There is no one more experienced and knowledgeable at PDA. He is an amazing human being and extremely easy to talk to. Also kids naturally like him because he is very open and honest. He also always gave us great advise, from the worries of day one and beyond. We will miss him dearly since we recently moved out of state. We strongly recommend you choose Dr. Brown
PD: people will often ask him if he is the one behind the Dr. Brown bottles So after a quick laugh surprisingly we found out he is not.

I highly recommend this practice! The doctors are generally great and I can almost always get in for a sick appointment. We recently had annual check ups for our girls with Dr. McClard. She is so wonderful with my girls and in answering my questions! We have been with her and this practice for 9 years now!

Our family has been going to Dr Foster for over 12 years. We have a 13 yr old, 9 yr old & 2 yr old in all stages of childhood. Dr Foster and his PAD staff are truly sincere and professional and take all health matters seriously. We are confident that our children are under the best of care. And feel so lucky we were referred to him at Pediatric Associates of Dallas all those years ago!

Every time I call I am on hold for 30 minutes. It's like these people are herding cattle through the office. They obviously have way too many patients. Each time I take my child to the Dr. he has to see a different pediatrician so it's impossible for them to get to know my child. I am in the process of finding another pediatrician because of how horrible our experience has been. There should be laws against over bookings patients to make more money. Do not use Pediatric Associates of Dallas!

Dr. Diaz is such an amazing doctor and makes my 17 year old daughter feel comfortable and encourages her about her health, school etc. Both of my kids have seen these doctors since they were born. I would not take them anywhere else :-)
