Pech Property Investments Review

I have rented from multiple companies on the Eastside of Milwaukee and Pech Properties has been easy to work with.

Tried to see what looked to be a really cute apartment...twice and both times the leasing agent didn't show up. their loss, I guess...

I've had great experiences with this management company for the past 2.5 years. Clean, well-kept properties and super quick response times. Plus, affordable rents and parking options.

Rented a property near uwm and loved it! The apartment was BEAUTIFUL and Chelsea was always very helpful and responsive. Rene was always checking in and there to help with any problems. Highly recommend renting from Pech!

My girlfriend and I rented a Shorewood apartment from Pech Properties. The apartment was well maintained and had a recently updated kitchen. Chelsea from the Pech office and the property manager Rene were great and took care of any issues within 24 hours of us notifying him. The online rent paying option is a nice feature and each renter can send their portion of the rent with ease. Also the exit process is simple and within two weeks we had almost all of our deposit back (they give you a checklist of things to clean before leaving the apartment).

My boyfriend and I rented an apartment on N Cramer St. The cozy apartment was the perfect size for us. The location was close enough to walk to campus each day, but far enough away so we weren't bothered by partiers. Chelsea was very helpful! The only downfall was that we were on the waiting list for a parking spot our whole year living there. However, this was not a huge inconvenience because it never took more than two drives around the block to find a spot. Overall, we had a great experience renting from Pech Properties.

We have lived in our apartment for over 4 years and have had great experiences with Pech Properties. They are quick to respond with maintenance requests and we find a great value in our location and in our building. I would highly recommend renting with them.

I rented a unit in Pewaukee. The units are nice and the price is great. Plus you get a garage and a surface spot. The only downside is that the upstairs bedrooms get warm in the summer while the downstairs is comfortable. A window AC unit or a wall unit in one of the upstairs rooms would be nice.
