Overall is ok but air ventilation is not good. Temperature cant be adjusted properly.

Good place to stay for travelers with no budget constraints, couple of good restaurants also located in the hotel.

Was given a complimentary upgrade which was quite impressive.

Nothing best like PC Lahore in the town. Hospitality and house keeping is the beat available option. A large variety of food is available too. Indoor swimming pool is missing only.

Ballroom is outstanding banquet hall. And food taste very very improved.

Room is very ordinary out side wash room floor without carpet and very ordinary marbel look very dirty

Wash room floor tiles are fixed point like not clean but that spots permanent

Tooth brush and paste not available in wash room

Head cover during shower not available if don t want to wash hair only body shower

Hair dryer not fixed in wash room

Wash room tiles very old not look like 4star

Room sofa cover too dirty and old

I was forget to off busy button when I came back room not prepared wash room bed and all pillows were dirty water was finished I called help line but they told person busy and didn t come I stayed that day in dirty room

Breakfast every day same not changed I stayed 6days and bored

In breakfast I always preferred apple juice but there only one orange juice

I found another hotels always three apple orange and pineapple juices at same time

Morco polo break fast and dinner staff services very slow my crockery were always on table and staff came too late for remove that crockery

I also complain at same time

Dinner is every day same and limited therefore I did only two day dinner and stopped

You should apply welcome drink because when guest came from long travel he/she must require drink

Room bar has very limited I like chocolate but there is no chocolate only juice and Pepsi

I stayed in holiday in there was fix iron no need to call every time for iron and staff keep and out iron

You should also fixed

In holiday in every room has electric cattle with tea bag green tea milk coffee guest need any time can take in room and every day refill

But I missed tea because I drink always black tea or coffee without sugar

Now how can I drink I have started headache for missed them

In holiday in I received newspaper paper in my room every day they have confirmed one first day my choice of news paper

In holiday in every floor has good sitting room with TV and coffee if any body bore in room can sit that room and talk with other person

We have meeting with colleagues but no space to sit with

I suggest please one person should visit holiday in hotel and observe their services also lunch dinner menus that you can judge

They also have low price from you

If you want to good business need change because now you have traditionally work like government hotel

I never stay again in PC and never recommend my business circle in future

One of the prettiest hotels in Lahore. Food at Marco Polo is excellent.

Lavish rooms, restaurants, event marquees, bakery and multi storey parking.

Paid 1000 for 2 Cup of Tea With Cookies from Nadia Restaurant

I have been visiting PC lahore over couple of years but this time the stay was way below my expectation. First, the mini bar was empty and i had to request them to replenish it. Then, even after the replenishment, there was no chocolates or energy drinks just some carbonated drinks. Plus the food quality of in room dining was way too too below standard. And the room interior was quite old and i think you guys need to upgrade it.

Pearl Continental is very good place, specially for Conferences .. EVENTHE BEST Place for Big Conferences, in All over Pakistan... Even as Compared to Khi PC, Lahore PC os better...

Best hygienic food, cooperative staff and nice atmosphere

My check in experience was pleasantly good. I was handled very courteously by the dealing staff Mr. Raza who was very helpful, however the reservations charges which were communicated to me on my telephonic reservation were quite different than the actual charges. However my dine in experience at Morco Polo restaurant was not very good. The staff at the restaurant was courteous and helpful but the money was not worth the menu being offered. My over all experience , however was very good. I strongly recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay.

5 star hotel good approach from airport. Little expensive but services are good.

I visited it on 31st of October and got shocked, It used to be a great place for a peaceful get together, but now it's a complete mess. I dont know if they have stopped cleaning or what, floors were dirty, walls needed maintenance, and dont get me started on the condition of bathrooms. It was worse than any public bathroom. Very disappointed.

Pearl continental is 5 Star Hotel in Pakistan, and known as best hospitality and customer service in Pakistan, very impressed with interior decoration which they usually do as per current international event.
They have lots of meetings hall for small corporate meetings as well for large functions.

Many dining and banquet options. Steak House is really good. So is the Chinese.

Grand Ball and Kohinoor Palace are both very well decorated halls.

PC has maintained its standered and costumer loyalty from many year but the problem is that it is way to expensive and the rate needs to be amended otherwise PC and Marriot are the best places to stay in Pakistan.

Nice property. The Atrium wing is the recommended wing to stay

The stay was amazing. The room was neat and tidy. And the check in check out was very smooth

Since Lahore is out of choices for 5 star accommodations, it has to bear with this hotel. Its more like a wedding hall during the evenings with a mayhem and chaos from entrance to parking to the banquet halls. Food is average and expensive.

It's a great place for eating,seminars,business meetings,staying etc .it also has Chinese hotel and others.It also has it's shopping mall where you can also buy antique , carpets,clothes etc.

I visited again dumpukht restaurant just because of the food witch was delicious as well as the services specially the manager umar rauf was very helpful and courtesies person.we strongly recommend this restaurant and will come again.

My wedding was in the Crystal n Emerald Hall on 30 April n 1 May.... services in both the functions were excellent... n PC also gave us complimentary stay for 2 days... To my surprise food was very tasty in my wedding... as you know PC food of banquet halls are not famous.... but to my surprise it was good on my wedding day.... Still i like the mutton but biryani was spicy..... Overall experience was excellent.....
