Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore Review

Attended the prize distribution ceremony followed by dinner in grand hall the function arangements and food was good but there was no seating arrangement which caused some difficulty

Needs to seriously work on crowd control and traffic management. Attending weddings there in winter is a nightmare.

Compared to international 5 star hotels it's lacking quite a bit.

Rooms are little old.

Wifi is useless.

Booked 3 rooms on the executive floor to use the lounge - when checking in was told the floors are not open due to security etc. Got upgraded to suites but unable to use the lounge for our meetings.

It was worthy and amazing experience at PC Lahore. Look at the master pieace.

Best ever , clean , food is just the best .
All the staff can not do enough for you wonderful stay here .

Upscale place of Lahore... Lots of restaurants of various cuisines. I've traveled quite a few countries and stayed in lot of good hotels, I'd rate lobby of PC Lahore as one of the best , exquisite design and lighting... It's one of my favorite...

I stayed in the old building where I use to stay about 20 years go. Nothing much has changed. It actually deteriorated. Overall ambiance of corridor and room was not good. Corridor carpets need replacing and room condition also does not match with the expectation that one would have regarding staying in a four/five star hotel. The restaurant where breakfast is served was over-crowded.
In comparison, Avari Lahore is much better.

I went to attend a wedding ceremony there. The new Hall is good and large. Food was good but refill of dishes was much slower.

Only problem of the PC Is Drinking Hot Water. I Often drink hot water and tea, coffee. So its a headache to ask hot water time to time. For me and staff as well. If there is that facility also as other hotels around the world whoud be perfect. everything Else are perfect.

Average food quality in dinner buffet with mediocre service

Such a pathetic service and un-professional staff behavior. PC even does not deserve to be 2 star ratings as their services are so bad and no services. They stopped complementary tea and coffee services which is provided a three start hotel. When I asked four to fie ice cubes to carry my insulin, they asked me to charge for this. In future they will charge for tissues, soap and other basic services. I will make sure that I will not stay in your hotel again despite of the fact that I am a privilege customer of yours. We are your corporate client since last fifty years and I will make sure that no one from our staff stays in your hotel. Only good thing was the breakfast but extremely crowded.

A great hotel, centrally located with a vide variety of restaurants, salon and shops. Rooms were comfortable and the staff cordial. Will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Lahore next.

Arrangements for wedding was good but parking car was big hassel and it took arround 1 hours to exit from parking

Room had a strange smell. The cooling could not be controlled properly. Too noisy.

It is always nice to visit the Hotel. However, your minimum standards must commensurate the expectations of the standard customers, that is the base line of services. Naturally, for executive customers, you just can't afford to relax or be low on efficiency. The real and true reflection of your kind and caring services is that your staff extends to the standard customers. It needs a definite review. In addition, Check in / Check out procedure / formalities take longer time that is due or expected.
