Did not have good food or service. They did not leave the cheese off as I had requested. When they brought me a new order, they got lazy and left off some of the ingredients, resulting in a very bland meal.

Excellent place to go to and awesome that it is in downtown Hays!

It was a nice spot for lunch. We had the wine flight and enjoyed it so much, we bought a couple bottles of wine that we had taste tasted! We had three different soups and sandwiches and we all looked what we had chosen very much! I would encourage anyone to give it a try!

A great local place. Good sandwiches and snacks. Great service and local music. Good selection of wine, and the owners are open to suggestions if you think they are missing a great label.

I love doing business with the Paisley Pear! A few weeks ago I went in there to purchase several different items for an event my employer was hosting. Shawn could easily have been annoyed by me coming in at the last minute requesting these types of products. But instead he greeted with with positivity and went out of his way to get the items I needed in time. He definitely helped me out of a bind and made it a pleasant experience. For that, I will definitely be a returning customer. On a side note, their wine is great!

I was visiting from Grapevine, Texas and totally enjoyed the ambiance and character of Your establishment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, chicken salad croissant, and enjoyed your display of various items for sale. The only thing that was missing was coconut cream pie! Lol! Best of luck for many years to come!

I come to Hays to visit my middle school friend about twice a year. We have done this for about three-four years now, and EVERY TIME we come to The Paisley Pear!! It has never disappointed! The owner, Shaun, is always super helpful, cool, and honest. Love this place.

Stopped for a light lunch as we traveled through KS. Great little spot with friendly service and good salads. We had a flight of local wines that we enjoyed. Will definitely come back here when traveling through.

I enjoyed a lovely lunch date with my wife here. We ordered the cheese plate (worth every penny) and then continued our Tuesday brunch she had mimosa with a half sandwich and salad, and I had a beer with my sandwich and soup... ALL DELICIOUS!

This is the second year my wife and I attended the Valentine's dinner, it was supurb both years! The owner and staff are very welcoming and kind, the cheese platters are to die for! The prime filet and chicken marsala for Valentine's were some of the best entrees my wife and I have eaten in years. The wonderful atmosphere completes the dining experience. Thank you for making Valentine's day memorable!

I ate lunch here while passing through Hays last week, and thought it was so adorable! I had an awesome sandwich with turkey and brie cheese (Yum!) and the Reeses cheesecake was decadent! The staff was super friendly too.I wish I lived in Hays so I could go here more!

This is an awesome place to go unwind and enjoy a nice glass of wine in a great atmosphere. The cheese boards are also a nice addition to have with the wine.

I had lunch there today. The food was absolutely awesome. I didnt get what I ordered but that was probably a good thing. They made it right for me. The only complaint I have is, that we were not waited on when we should have been, the waitress clearly waited on another table before us even though we were there first. I am sorry but nothing makes me madder than this. It makes me feel like my money is not worth the same as theirs or better yet thay they really dont care if I am there or not. She said she would right with us, the other people set down she came back and took care of them first. I would have been by myself I would have got up and walked out. Rant over.

Had the best evening. Hailey and Shawn are so fun. The place is cute, laid out for groups or just one person. Prices fare. And selection of wine and spirits is wide. Also have a nice store if you need a gift or something for yourself.
