Peak XV networks doesn't value their employees which are there greater strength. Zero employee benefit.
My sisters Rajina.K was an HR executive at Peak XV Network Solutions unfortunately death occurred on April 2nd under unknown circumstances while she was at services in PEAK XV NETWORK SOLUTIONS PVT LTD., company is legally obligated to pay her unpaid earnings which my sister had worked for month of March to her nominee (mother),
required details are submitted to the company i.e, death certificate, Lawyer affidivate (written statement by her spouse) etc but still company is denying to pay the outstanding amount, These companies are in bad shape where they dont respond and show true colors of
denying to pay the dues without any reasons.
These company management people needs Counselling to understand the pain of the bereaved Parents since April to till date.
Death is such an emotionally forcing issue it feels tasteless to talk about the money side of it. However, money is what pays your loans, Rent, groceries and gives you peace of mind so talk about it we must. These Co. is more than weirdness.
