Very dangerous job, but the training is excessive and equip you with the proper knowledge and pays good as well.
Although its been a long minute that I dealt with PDQ, I can say that they were fantastic people and great to get along with. Never once was a paycheck, per diem, or reimbursement missed, and having known them since qServe, it was great to see the company take off. A bad review is usually a former employee that was mishandling something and got caught because the management/owners are easy to get along with when the employee was doing a good job. After hearing about Ronbo, we can only hope all is well still..
Let's start with the clarifying the bad reviews. Joe quirk your a55 got fired. Yes if you drive your GPS truck home and claim you stayed out of town to get paid per diem thats the same as stealing... ally I'm sorry for your bad experience but there must be more to your story cause in 12 yrs I've never seen pdq strand anybody they are very professional to a level well above most companies in this industry. Money time and transportation has always been guaranteed... pdq towers is one of the best tower companies I've had the pleasure of working with.
Not a family friendly company, this job is more for a single man with no attachments. Get everything in writing because they will not back up anything promised or word of mouth. Get everything in writing before traveling to an interview for this company or relocating as they are know to make you pay for all expenses that they themselves offer to pay. Also get in writing your time working because a 6 week rotation can quickly turn into a lot longer rotation. Not a reputable company due to lack of professionalism, lack of experienced secretaries that are known to leave you stranded at a hotel or airport, lack of consistency!!!! heard great things about this company but first hand saw how mess up it was.
