Tried this place for the first time. The chicken is horrible, it's mushy, not crisp, the fries incredibly limp. Was a great disappointment.

Awesome coke beverages (best in town) and fantastic chicken and turkey sandwiches and some of the best tasty fries around all served up in a great atmosphere! My favorite if the darn grilled turkey sandwich with the cranberry jam slice, it's absolutely to die for.

What's not so great is the new menu item (fried Zucchini) way too much breading and hardly any taste. It basically melts away in your mouth without much structure and tastes more like warm grease. I'd save the calories and get something else.

Chicken tenders are wonderful. Some workers need to pay more attention to the customers and be more engaging.

I drove my daughter to south dale mabry location for 3 interviews on the fourth day she was going for her orientation. The manager recinded the offer of employment because she has a tattoo on her wrist. My complaint is I wasted my gas and time driving there from town and country. I think if a tattoo was that much of an issue they should have asked that on thge first interview. I sat down and ate there during her interviews the fries are salty mushy and the chicken was dry and cold. The shakes tasted foamy. Terrible everything about this place

Great food, great seasonal milkshake! Long wait in drive-through.

Fast food chicken and the such. Think Chik-Fil-A chicken and quality service but open on Sundays. They have hand tossed salads, made to order sandwiches, hand-cut fries, hand-spun shakes, and all with a friendly, welcoming staff (counter AND drive-thru). Recently, they added the choice of crispy or grilled nuggets or tenders to round out this popular new establishment.

They also have a Family Fun Night and if you happen to have your dog in tow at the drive-thru and he/she is a being good, they will often offer your pet a nice warm chicken treat (based on availability, etc). They have earned my repeat business again and again.....

Usually a decent fast food meal to pick up. Got my order wrong tonight and their new small milk shake, which is more like kiddie size, was an inch from the top rim. Disappointed.

The chicken is delicious, but the fries aren't my favorite. Get a different side maybe? Clean and open space inside, a regular stop for the family.

First time here. Fast service. Chicken is yummm. Will definitely come again

The cashier heard me say "grilled chicken salad" when really I said "grilled chicken sandwich". The store returned my ALL of my money, gave me the sandwich AND the salad. Wow, I really didn't need both. Talk about going above and beyond, what great customer service!

I orderd the grilled chicken salad with almonds, dried cranberries, etc. Excellent appearance but for the second time in my experience with their salads, the lettuce has a strange almost antiseptic taste. Wondered if they washed it with some sort of disinfectant?

PDQ is the best "fast food" chicken place in town. Today, for the first time, I have had a problem with their service. When picking up food in the drive-thru I came home to discover that my fries were not in my bag. I called the restaurant to see if there was an arrangement I could make but as soon as the words were out of my mouth they asked for my address to bring the food to me directly. It came quickly and was hot and fresh, even though I live a decent distance from the location. This type of service was truly mind blowing and something you never see in today's environment. It's not often that a mistake can lead to me admiring a company even further but in this case it absolutely did.

Fresh! Juiciest chicken strips, zucchini fries are amazing, excellent service, fast & friendly.

PDQ is now in the waffle fry game! And they are better than the other chicken chain, I can guarantee that. PDQ is always best when its fresh and crispy. Don't let it sit in the bag. And the milkshakes... I have no words. Do it.

Use to love this place but chicken is not cleaned and washed. Before frying gives off a weird smell.

Healthy food on a fast food!! Prices are a little high but enjoy eating there

After waiting 30 minutes in drive through....salads were AWFUL. Happened last week as well. Won't be back to this location.

Just moved to the South Tampa area and I've been here three times. No complaints so far! Staff is very friendly and food is good. Always gives me enough sauce so I feel like I never have to check the bag to make sure. Thanks PDQ Team!

Food was very good, but tables were sticky and cramped. We'll eat outside next time.

I love this place. The service is very good and I really like your food.

Pretty good overall. They had great fried chicken and their salads looked good. Their lemonade was way too sour for my taste, but that's what you get with freshly-squeezed lemonade. It definitely lives up to its name (People Dedicated to Quality), because you can tell that everything is made fresh.

Loooove this place. The lemonade is incredibly fresh, and the food is ready faster than I've ever seen before. We get the chicken tenders meal with fries, and everything is so tasty. Definitely happy this took over the previous restaurant that was there before.

I am posting this review to acknowledge Warren who works at this location. I came in with a friend and her child to order a few salads and a kids meal. I explained my order to the cashier and specifically told him what I wanted. Some things on my order were not correct and the presentation of my food were not up to PDQ s standard. So, as a paying customer I was upset. I admire Warren s self control and the way he handled the overall situation. Some of the other employees came around to helping, but Warren maintained his professionalism and even went above and beyond by compensating us for the mishap. Thanks Warren!

This place is, for the most part, very good. Love the chicken strips to the point where I will actually crave them. I will say that on the rare occasion (maybe 3 times total) i have gotten chicken that was way overdone making the breading hard and crunchy - and on my last visit, the breading completely fell off the strips after the first bite.

Not a bad place to eat. I love my chicken and I just wish they had grilled chicken options ? Unless I didn't see it. Quick service.

Quick and friendly service. Favorite meal is the buffalo blue sandwich tastes very fresh every time. Nice sauces, good chicken, great place.

Hands down some of the best customer service and chicken tenders in town. Chicken is thick, breading is real, and they have sweet potato fries that are awesome. Can tell everything was cooked fresh when I ordered but it came out super fast also. Also their sweet Sriracha and creamy garlic sauces are awesome on the tenders.

Try the zucchini fries! And add a tender to the buff. Thank me later

Delicious perfectly fried chicken tenders with fantastic sauces! PDQ masters customer service with a friendly staff ready to get food to you in a timely manner. I will be returning.

It's fine. Chicken tenders and fries is pretty hard to mess up. Not expensive and tastes fine, so great for a pinch when you don't want fast food or to wait 20 min for your food some where else.

Food was great, place was clean. Turning into the place and parking lot was crazy.

This was a very busy location. With that said I still feel the service was lacking as the gal who was taking the order kept messing up small mundane details that she could have just listened to instead of talking over me to try and verify what I wanted. At 6ft 220 lbs the maker little sandwich I got didn't seem worth the price I paid for it. Then to sit in a madhouse with people hollering names out and just Meandering all over it made me rather uncomfortable to dine in. I would recommend teaching the staff to listen better to their customers and not to speak over them.

Got the order wrong- didn't give us 4 orders of fries, expensive. Bunch of employees standing around. Don't have the turkey any more (best thing they had) not going back.

Their food is great and prepared fresh. The establishment is very clean and friendly. The service is great. Wonderful place!

If you want great chicken done quickly then this is your spot. They have your regular chicken choices, nuggets, sandwiches, and salads. Then they also have some great rice bowls. They did seasonal sandwiches as well, the turkey breast sandwich is my favorite but only around limited times. The new thing on my radar is the pimento crunch, YUM! You can also find good shakes here. Also some in limited fashion like the water selection they did with peeps. Not my thing but the wife enjoyed it. Banana pudding shake is awesome. Great food, great service, and can't ask for much else.
