Rectified the previous issues and are upgrading to the fiber optic. The new router is great and service has been good with a few interruptiona but quickly fixed itself.

Pctelcom did not inform me that my card on file for autopay was going to expire. They then shut off my service for non payment. They charged me an additional $29 for non payment.

Very poor service and if you cancel there s a $100 fine

Been over charged twice now. Canceled my service. Getting the run around on my refund. Saying it could be months. Are u kidding me. I just want my money. I haven t used your service for a couple months.

In Holyoke for awhie. Decided to try their wifi interent and took it for what they call a "test drive". It worked really well. I decided to pay for a month. Relogged back in and sure enough it slowed down to about .25 download speed. Emailed them. Didn't get emailed back.

Service was shut off on my house on a Saturday morning when their offices are closed. Despite my having the bill on autopay somehow they took payment but their system didn't record the transaction. So I have no service until I can call them Monday. Which is when I will be canceling my service with them and switching to someone else.
This is not the first time they have done this. And they overcharge nearly everyone. The so called 50mbs connection I have clocked at less than 3mbs and is choppy.
I have given up on this company and its lax business ethics.
