One of the worst retailers I have ever dealt with. I ordered from them a keyboard via ebay. I have received completely different one. They had problems understanding that it does not contain described functions/buttons, I had to send them some photos. They claimed that it is an "upgraded version". It broke within 3 months without any specific reason - externally it was in perfect condition. They offered to send a replacement so I paid half of the keyboard's value for postage and packing to send them a broken one, as obviously they don't offer advance replacement. For the next 2 months I have been arguing with them where is my replacement keyboard. I have never received it. They offered to reimburse it as a "gesture of good will" - in the end they have made a transfer of the amount smaller than what I have paid for the product.

PS 5 months later product description is still not updated.

Yes, I have moved house and informed you about it. If you chose to ignore it - it's on you. Further to that, friend of mine stayed at the previous address and I set up a Royal Mail redirection - and still none of us received the replacement. I have asked you to provide a proof of sending it and you never did.

If you claim that my first message was rude (which was sent 3 months after the sale was made), I can only imagine that my 20th message and beyond must have sounded like a life-threat to you.

And stop that thing about "upgraded version" - you sent me a different product, it was not what you advertised and not what I paid for.

Easy, simple and cheap with a great selection of stuff.
