PBM manage a building in London where I am currently letting 2 of my apartments. They have recently taken over from a Managing Agent who were absolutely useless! PBM are proffessional, responsive and quite frankly a breathe of fresh air. They have already shown better value and make my role as leaseholder and landlord an easy job by keeping my tenants updated on the key maintenance items they are working on day to day. Thank you for your proactive approach!
Initially had some concerns due to a couple of slow responses to enquiries and receipts for ground rents paid, especially because of my previous experiences and knowledge of property management companies. However PBMs response times did improve, especially with our recent purchase/transfer of Freehold. Amelia Mardle has been especially helpful, friendly and professional. The cost to purchase Freehold was also more reasonable than I had expected. Thank you!

After a long, long time self-managing, our block in Radlett decided to go 'managed' so that meant finding a local managing agent to take up the reins and look after our RMC. We're really pleased with choice in PBM. Our block isn't the largest but we're getting plenty of attention and our Zoom meetings with Ashleigh and Giorgia are thorough, collaborative and above all, productive. It's only been 6 months -- so far, so good.
Trying to get my cracked window repaired but they can't even recommend a single contractor for it. You'd think property management would have at least a couple of contractors on hand that can look into the property they're actually managing. Terrible
Simply awful property management company.
Since the day I purchased my flat, they have been unwilling to accept that they may be at fault for any of the issues that I have raised. Most recent issue was regarding the vents within my flat which have been checked by an electrician, however they proceeded to tell me that this essentially was not their responsibility, despite me not having any control over it.
The above is not even to mention the utterly dire state of communal hallways and staircases - a genuine embarrassment.
I genuinely would advise any potential buyers or tenants of any of PBM managed property to think twice, thrice or maybe ten times before doing so, as I fully regret my decision.
Considering the large number of poor reviews they have received, it appears that my thoughts are shared by many and not even just from my own property (hopefully you can see the trend... ) .

I've been living at my apartment for many happy years and I've always found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. I feel like I'm heard which can be rare, so thank you to all the team! Hope you all continue with the great service
