Absolutely horrendous service we have persevered and used this company for two years and they just cannot get it right. six months in a row they have been getting our wages wrong,the payments are late when the payments are not late the wages are wrong . very poor poor service unbelievable that this company is allowed to work with disabled people on direct payments and the council actually awards contracts to such a horrendous company.

Appalling standard of service nearly every month my wages have been late constantly ringing up now have to be in a queue which takes forever and when I did get down to number one I was cut off by the advisor after ringing 4 times today and had to start all over again they blame the post and then ring me up to say they have got the timesheets after all the hassle and stress. i still havnt been paid the rest of my wages and now have been told it will be another week before it will get paid paypacket you need to get your act together !!!!

Poor poor poor i would give no stars if I could. In November I was told by tax office they sent my refund to paypacket and now February still no refund. Emailed and called but no one calls back. Disgusting they are holding on to monies that are not theirs and no contact at all very very poor I just want MY money back.

Disgusting service, i have been on the phone in regards to my tax code HMRC, advised paypacket need to submit PAYE reference numbers so my tax can be sorted out, they have NOT done this and i am being hammered with tax. Called HMRC again this morning and again they refuse to send in correct information and continue to avoid the issue, HMRC are now taking to do with this HMRC have no record of my employment nor tax being paid ( where is the money) terrible company to have dealing with someones wages and terrible attitude from the staff when you call This is now month 3 and no resolve will update here if and when i have any news....

The company has shown irresponsible attitude to an employee. 1. Initially they made spelling mistakes in BOTH, Name and Surname of the employee. 2. Additionally, they used weekly NIC bracket despite the employee doesn't work weekly and therefore the tax base and the deductions increased significantly. So, the employee suffered irreversible financial losses. 3. When were told both, orally via phone(10 days ago) and on writing(8 days ago) via email (all three official emails were used: the account manager and to general payroll addresses) , left it without a reaction. No correction. No excuse. No response. I believe this is evidence of extremely low professional attitude of the company and would not recommend to use their services to anyone.

I was a little concerned after seeing some of the reviews about using this company,but so far I have had no problems at all,iv had no problems getting invoices for my brothers carers paid(ON time) I have experienced GREAT customer service when I've called, And no problems getting through when called. I have used such company's before and so far find this the best company. So keep up the good work PayPACKET
