I've been going here for years. I'd say about at least 10. They have grown quite a lot and the new ownership has turned the business around like no other. John gives exceptional service and I trust him and his opinions. I've taken multiple electronics to his store for repair and he always comes through. Today I took our tablet from our business that controls the delivery services. I told him that it was an emergency and we needed it ASAP and it was done in exactly 5 hours. They are reasonably priced and they are a metro PCs retailer too. All I can say is that this is a reputable business, well run and all by a respectfully and knowledgeable man. Very pleased with my experience today at Payless Wireless. My ZTE phone wasn't charging--or rather, sometimes it was and sometimes it wasn't. I brought it in (no appointment needed) and they quickly diagnosed the problem--it was with my cable, not the charging port or other part of my phone. They could have easily told me I needed a new port, too, but they were honest. I was in and out in five minutes, with a minimal purchase of a new cable, after having received fast, friendly service. An easy five stars for me.
This was my first time visiting the shop and the customer service is amazing. The lady working there helped me with finding the right phone for me as a gift for my mother. They also install screen protectors when you purchase it from them. I highly recommend this place.
Great shop! Great prices! Great people! I have gone here several times and they have done great work. I tried to build my own computer (bad idea) and they pretty much rebuilt it for me. The owner is really cool also. I highly recommend!

I have destroyed my phone about three times in the last four months (crazy I know) and every time, they've salvaged it! :) I've never had any problems with my phone after. They're also just super helpful. Great customer service.
John and Mya were amazing!!! I have a phone that comes with a pen and it got stuck. My phone company was no help, they wanted me to mail my phone in for two weeks and then they would decide if I needed to pay. So I called Payless Wireless to see if they could help me out, it took 2 minutes. So grateful and definitely recommend!
