I have the displeasure of dealing with this payroll company at my current job. The CSR are robots that are just collecting a paycheck. If your CSR is Violet Lee, ask for a new one! I dealt with Debbie for over 3.5 years and had a new one assigned recently. Violet apparently finds joy out of customer's payroll issues. They are so behind on the times it ridiculous. The have no ability to process a same day or even next day direct deposit. You have to pre-note any employee bank account before funds are deposit directly for a full payroll, this is 2021, not 1999. The rates that Deluxe charges is also insane! We have 14 employees and pay roughly $82 a week, that's $328 a month. Not worth that amount of money annually for poor customer service and features that are behind the times. I use QuickBooks Payroll for my other job, and let me tell you the ease of the software! You can track the employees time and generate weekly automatic payrolls all from the same system. I'll be pressuring the boss to switch payroll companies, ASAP.

Clearly Deluxe Payroll does not know the definition of customer service. We were told to "white out" incorrect information on a 941 Form that needs to be submitted to the IRS. Yes, I said white out since they would not process another form with the correct information. Customer service... I think not.

Not professional at all. I cringe every time I have to call in. Vickie is a piece of work . Never helpful always condescending and rude. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
