A really beautiful venue that I attended for an Indian wedding, suitably big enough for a few hundred people.

However where they really dropped the ball was refusal to turn on the A/C (despite the availability of A/C being one of the winning reasons why the bride choose this venue). Several attendees raised the extreme heat with the staff, highlighting the large number of elderly family members who were not feeling good. On top of that there was a massive shortage of ice so we couldn't even have cold water to cool us down.

In conclusion, as is often the case, beautiful 5 star venue, but the service (and most probably management) brings the score down to 1 star

I attended an event related to the ICA ice cream fair in progress. We held the gala evening here and compared to past years where the evening was held in other places I would say that this year definitely went much better. The beautiful location and the efficient and fast catering service.

Really glad we had our wedding at Pavilions of Harrogate from the hundreds of venues available. Fiona and her team were very professional, helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way and helped with printing / storing drinks days beforehand / liaising with our vendors. Our day was made perfect and we will definitely be recommending!

Great place. I attended the Harrogate Business lunch. Fantastic corporate facilities, food good standard given the numbers catering for as well as those with dietary requirements. Guest speakers always a good catch. Perhaps in need of some up dating as presentation looks a little tired and dated.

There for a training course, beautiful settling and a lovely venue.

Nice venue for weddings and large parties or events

Nice venue for wedding party, especially if you have 400 or so guests. Near to home and convenient. Lots if parking, plus visit gorgeous Harrogate.

Nice place, went for a Christmas party - food was good.

A very accessible place had holds the bi annual bead fair.

Staff wouldn't let elderly disable adults enter the venue and let them wait in the cold

Been to this venue 2x for a wedding & it is a stunning venue with lovely views. There is plenty of onsite parking & both rooms which were used are very well sized. Not sure if the staff were in house or third party but they were great. If you are after a great venue for a Wedding then this is the place, but it does not come cheap, rightly so! Well done Pavilions. Please note sat nav is strange sometimes, to find it its straight after Sainsburys!

What a stunning location to hold a function now licenced to hold marriage ceremonies The food is exceptional and the staff attention to detail is unbelievable The pricing scale is a little bit middle to top end but if you want a function never to forget this is the place to go. It is busy so don't leave it long to book they will help and be very accomodating with helping withcall the planning

A very happy workforce in very friendly hair/beauty salon. Staff know there job and do it very well. On street parking that is free but you must use a parkin disc that you can get from most shops. You can often get a same day appointment. Ring or drop in
Well worth it.
