The experience fell short of expectations. Communication was often unclear, leaving me with lingering uncertainties. Additionally, the overall responsiveness from the team was lacking, which made the process feel more tedious than necessary. I anticipated a more streamlined approach based on their initial promises. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the level of professionalism I was hoping for.
