About PauseSync
PauseSync is a Windows utility designed for DaVinci Resolve video editors. It automatically pauses supported background media, including Spotify, TIDAL, and audio or video playing in Chrome, when DaVinci Resolve starts playing preview audio. When the editing software goes quiet, the utility resumes the paused media after a short delay. The software runs locally on the user's Windows machine, does not require any account or cloud setup, and does not need browser extensions or Spotify login credentials. It is offered as a free download with an optional pay-what-you-want contribution.
