Delivery took a little longer than expected ⏳, which was a bummer since I was really excited to receive my order. However, customer service was super helpful and responsive 👏, which made up for the delay. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was just average. They have some room for improvement, especially in terms of website functionality and efficiency with delivery. But their excellent customer service definitely made up for it.
