Awful people answering their "help" line! She was extremely rude and rushed me off the phone as if I was an inconvenience to her. If you hate your job or people so much you definitely should not be working with the public... Especially those in a possible crisis! What a joke!!!
Non friendly staff. I do understand that there is a lot going on. I work in customer service so I completely get it but every call should be handled w/ care if you choose to work with the public.

Have called several times during the last two hours on a noise complaint. Neighbor's started playing their music super loud at 11:30 pm. Woke us up. Floor shakes, music's loud, front door slamming all the time. By 1:30 am still no response. I am starting you believe police officers are not really doing any good. Way over paid for their jobs. I work and am responsible, and have to get up at 4:00 am for work. If the cops can't handle a simple noise complaint, they how do they handle the harder stuff? This is one of the worse law enforcement departments I have encountered. And I have live in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago. None of these cities would have taken so long for a noise complaint. ... It is now 2:30 am, and yet another call to dispatch. Still no response, still the same problem. Have lost 3 hours of sleep, and got to get up for work in an hour and a half. ... Definitely not public servants, and definitely no public trust. Just can't see how it takes for them 4 hours to respond to a complaint. It is now 3:30 am. Same noise complaint, same problem. No Sheriff response to come quiet things down. 30 minuets before I have to go to work, and I have gotten almost no sleep. What a disappointmemt this department has been.

Called about theft. They had an officer come right out. An outstanding gentleman. Real good honest people. Cleaning up the filth of pierce county. I wish people weren't so hard on them. Pierce County is huge and they are understaffed a lot but still manage to be polite and do their best!
I also morn the loss of a deputy. However the processions use tax payers mtoney. An alternative would be for them to use their own vehicles. Decorated if they like. But using tax payers money is a waste. Not to mention officers coming from distant agencies.
The military doesn't have processions like police and fire do. Do they have permission? From who?
Stop! Use your union funds to pay for the proper processions. They have businesses that do that.
Called in on a DV. Obtained my report to use in court against my abuser and found out they completely botched his name on the report so will not be able to use until it is fixed, but am getting the run around on exactly who can fix it and how, and the prosecutor threw the case out and dropped charges, I'm assuming because the way the report is written makes it sound as if a 3rd party person abused me instead of my actual abuser. Getting the run around on the phone trying to rectify and correct this mistake.
I feel my rights have been violated and I have been failed to be protected.
I'm hoping there is still time to correct this so said individual can be charged and justice can be served. Feeling pretty down and unsafe right now.
