Prue was absolutely incredible and super friendly and supportive throughout the entire appointment. I would definitely reccomend speaking to her about engagement rings before looking anywhere else. My partner and I were treated with such amazing customer service that we knew this was the place to go. Looking forward to coming back to look at the wedding bands :)

The Paul Bram jewellery shop is rare diamond in the middle of Melbourne CBD. A simply exquisite array of jewellery and amazing customer service. I was looked after by Jane and really valued her honesty, her attention to detail, her dedication to ensuring that she contacted me and looked after me, at all times. My partner and I have been to a few shops before going to Paul Bram. The most important thing that struck out to us was the excellent service that was provided by Prue. Prue welcomed us with the biggest smile and she made the process of selecting our wedding rings very easy. We really appreciated that Prue took the time to understand us and was very patient with us. We ordered our rings just around 6 weeks before the wedding and I was very anxious that we may not receive the rings in time for the wedding but Prue reassured that she will help us find a temporary solution if the rings didn't arrive on time. Prue provided us with updates through out the weeks and just to touch base with us. We got very lucky as the rings arrived just in time. We were given a choice to pick them up or get it delivered by express post because of the restrictions. The rings arrived the following day and it was exactly what we wanted and we absolutely love our rings. Prue went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our purchase.

For anyone that is contemplating Paul Bram, I highly recommend you book in an appointment with one of the friendly consultants, particularly Wilson. We had previously visited many jewellers, but none provided us with that wow factor like Paul Bram.

From the onset, Wilson was friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly, patient. We never felt pressured to buy, and instead, Wilson guided us with the information necessary for us to make our own decision. Once we decided on the diamond we wanted, Wilson went to work, and was able to source a beautiful diamond that met all of our specifications.

We got my partners engagement ring through Jane. Super friendly and helped us find the perfect ring. They have an amazing collection of stones and Jane designed the ring just the way we wanted it. 100% recommend!

Very fun experience! I walked in very nervous and not knowing a thing about diamonds. The very lovely Prue talked me through it all and gave me a good range of options. I shopped around a bit, but found the other dealers weren't very interested in me as a buyer.
So I went back to Prue and we put together a great design.
Prue was just as excited as us when I emailed to tell her I had proposed!

Had a fantastic experience purchasing an engagement ring at Paul Bram. Shopped around a number of stores/dealers and settled with them. Highly recommend asking for Wilson, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with a first time buyer. Had a couple of visits before buying and never felt pressured, they are only interested in providing the right ring for the right person. Their rings are also exceptional as well!

We recently celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary with a day in Melbourne We returned to Paul Bram Diamonds where we purchased our solitaire diamond engagement ring in 1990.
Sam welcomed us on our arrival and professionally guided us in choosing our magnificent diamond emerald cut white gold trilogy anniversary ring.
Sam was an absolute pleasure to do custom with and we highly recommend him and Paul Bram Diamonds.
